Visibility: 4th Category - "Selected Followers" can view

Add another category to “Everyone”, “Followers” and “Only You” where you can select your activity to be visible to a selected group of your followers, rather than to ALL your followers.  This would enable you to share some activities only with (actual) family members or close friend followers, for example.

Filtering activities

Please add the more powerful filtering to the my activities page. For example, I would like to report on hikes with date ranges. Or select several different activity types along with date filtering. Filtering and sorting on any of the variables would be nice. I have been asking for this simple upgrade for years and promise that I will never subscribe until you have this feature available.

Mobile screen information boxes customization. Heart rate, speed, distance.

Right now in the mobile Strava app you have speed, distance and heart rate. But you can't change what is displayed. So for example if I want to see just heart rate on full screen I can't choose what Strava displays on the information screen. Or distance and heart rate. Or only speed.

It's currently so annoying to have to manually tag people when trying to respond to comments - it's fine if there's one or two you want to reply to but if there's more than that, having to manually tag them and have the replies far below the comments in a disorganised mess just discourages me from doing so. It would be so nice to have inline replies like they do on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter… basically any other comment section other than Strava's 😂 You got dark mode done, this next!

Seeing friend follower feeds before professional athletes and celebrities

I enjoy following what the professional athletes get up to around the World and during race calendar, but I’d like to see what my close friends have been up first, in order to kudos or comment on their activities. I’d like to be able to prioritise the activity feed in a way that I can select which people’s activities to see first, or group professional athletes into a feed tab, folder or feed drop down control.

Activity Filter for People I'm Following on My Home Page

It would be wonderful to be able to filter my own home page to view the activities that interest me of the people I’m following.  I would filter to see only real bicycling activities (mountain, road, or gravel).  I really don’t care to see other’s pilates, two block walks, weigh workouts, yoga, or other insipid activities.  Some people post everything they do, and I’d really hate to have to unfollow them because they think that every activity they do in life is worthy of a post.  This is becoming increasingly perturbing as winter approaches (Norther Hemisphere) and indoor activities become the norm (God save me from the Zwift - not real bicycling - crowd!).  I believe this would be a great asset to your (our) platform, and if you were to put it to a survey, would probably score high.  Thank you in advance for making the platform a better place and not just another FaceBook of athletes.

only see what you want to see in your Activity Feed

More and more partners are integrating with Strava, this is great NEWS, however with more partner feeds you are seeing more types of rides in your activity feed, for example, Zwift, Peloton, etc., it’s so great to be able to save these types of rides to Strava, but we should have the ability to filter them out if we don't want to see them.

Add ability to customize the Y access on the Mobile Progress graph (time vs distance)

Be able to change the Y axis for the graph in on progress screen.Having it set to distance all the time is annoying when I focus on times spent training

Routes Hub

Hi, Strava is amazing, I love it and thank your for new features and constantly developing app in different ways. What I would love to have on StravaI would suggest to have Routes hub, so you can search the routes in your desired place. Every user should be able to add its extraordinary activity to this hub to share some hidden paradises for other users. Strava route planner is very nice and heatmap helps a lot, but it would be so nice to get some ideas from other people's activities in routes hub, (especially when you are travelling in new places or moved to new place for living), from where you would be able to save the route in your personal routes. Also, adding feature to add review for this route, so people would be able to see the current conditions on the trails or so on...

Mountain biking segments need to be shorter

Please bring back shorter mountain biking segments. This is ridiculous that its been taken away from us. Everyone in the mountain biking community agrees.  There’s so many trails i want to segment but now i can no longer do it.Seems like some sort of Strava cost saving which actually has higher implications that you realise. Can you please reconsider it and put it to a vote.

Advanced activity search function

Observation: It is currently difficult to find an old activity of one of the athletes we follow.Regularly, I say to myself that I'd like to redo one of the activities of one of the athletes I follow, and I have to spend long minutes visualizing all the activities.The idea is to add an advanced search function, allowing you to filter by duration, distance, sport, type of activity (training, race, commute), season, solo/group ride, etc.This would make it possible, for example, to do searches like “All Alice's bike rides over 100km, done last summer.” “All Bob's trails last spring.” "All Paul's 'race' marked runs".

Strava shows my flybys up from a few years ago until today. Yet I wish to see them from 2016 and onwards, but it seems there's an error when I want to check my flybys. What can I do about this?

Workaround for not being able to post URL's

When creating a link if you replace . with %2E in your URL the address will still act as a hyperlink and will not be blocked. So instead of https://google.com use https://google%2Ecom. Apologies in advance if they try to block this method of sharing URL’s and break 50 other things in their app.

wahoo uploads giving me no strava fitness points

Been riding some hard trails last few days with friends using Garmin and my Apple Watch for backup. Finding the wahoo ride gives me zero points but my Apple watch multiple points. Friends using Garmin devices also multiple points. What’s going on?

Improving the Search Functionality

When searching for activities, clubs, or users, the current search algorithm uses the OR operation for keywords. For example, if I search for "Marathon Challenge," the results include all activities that contain either "Marathon" or "Challenge," which often leads to a large number of irrelevant results. This can make it difficult to quickly find specific activities or users.I believe it would be highly beneficial to implement an AND operation for search terms. This change would allow users to narrow down their search results more effectively and find exactly what they are looking for without having to sift through numerous unrelated entries.

[KNOWN ISSUE] Chart on dashboard showing weekly running progress vs. goal now only showing road runs, trail runs not showing

Hi - Starting recently (last two weeks?) the bar chart on the left side of my dashboard page has started only showing bars for road runs, and not showing bars for trail runs. This despite the fact that the calculation of total running mileage above the chart is accurate, i.e. includes both. So e.g., my weekly goal is 19 miles, and I’ve done two runs so far totaling ~9 miles, so it says I’ve done 9 of 19 but only shows a bar for the 5 miles that were done as a road run, and doesn’t show a bar for the 4 miles trail run.Is this a bug, or is there some new control toggle somewhere that I haven’t discovered?-p

Leaderboard cleanup has a long way to go

Back in September the auto-flagging system was upgraded, but I still catch quite a few blatant invalid rides. For Example (and from October): Max speed of 153km/h; GPS reading completely crazy. How come this wasn`t auto-flagged?

Some old activities missing from Strava and Garmin

I recently searched for an old activity which I did whilst on holiday last year. I scrolled back through my activities but it was not there, so then I checked on Garmin connect and discovered it was not there either. Of more concern was there were no activities for my holiday on either Strava or Garmin, even though I know I recorded many walks and can remember attaching photos to them to share with friends.Further checks show I have lost activities for many other holidays, despite knowing I previously synced them and remember seeing them on my Strava dashboard. In fact it seems that for many trips all my walks have been lost although I do see a few runs still exist.I am not sure how this can be. The feed from Garmin Connect to Strava I have read is one-way, so once it has synced it would need to be independantly deleted from each feed. And I never delete activities.It was only when I recently subscribed to wandrer.earth that I noticed this. It confirmed to me I had no activity in count

Charged for a year subscription and need refund HELP

Hi, I tried Starve premium to find routes in my new city, but I came down with a stomach ulcer and internal bleeding. While I was in and out of the hospital, I forgot to cancel the subscription and was charged with an entire year subscription without any notice. (This feels extremely predatory). I am a student and cannot afford this on top of medical bills and rent & groceries. I cancelled and need to get a refund -- please help!
