Create Club Challenges

I'm start to being a strava suscriber thinking about that this was integrated... but it doesn't so hope this can be a new feature soon...

Create challenges by the club, not by the person.

Other things that would be nice: allow to join only members of the club and allow to update a photo for better experience (like strava club challenge do and some few verify clubs too). When the runner complete or win the challenge they take and show it like a trophy too.

Would be great to have such a feature within the clubs. I am trying to motivate people in the office to do any type of workout and we want to take advantage of the nice weather from January to March to push people a bit here in Abu Dhabi. Thank you for looking into this!

Yes this is a no-brainer. And the 24 athlete limit for challenges makes no sense either.

Completely agree - I subscribed assuming that this was possible, so rethinking my subscription as it isn't!

I want to keep my group engaged - and it would be ideal to be able to:

• set up challenges in a group (kind of like the Conqueror ones but without the extortionate fees and the ugly hardware they send you!)
• be able to get a good conversation going in the group about it
• upload an image for the challenge icon. Other challenges have this - seems bizarre that the ones users create to help people engaged (in Strava!) can't have their own attractive image.
• I am thinking about distance challenges, and so it would be good to have 'way markers' so participants are encouraged when they pass certain points.

A lot of my riders are quite new and are not currently on Strava - this seems to be an easy way to increase the attractiveness to new people - joining a group/club and taking part in challenges set that they know will be appropriate to them will be so attractive.

+1 we have a fun challenge that’s grown in our friend group, would love to have more than 25 cap for challenges or this club feature to do the same

This should have been available from the start. Really needed feature!! Currently I create personal challenges… but they are to limited!

Please add as soon as possible, with or without subscription is is needed.

I'll follow up by saying that this evening I created a club with the expectation that challenges could be connected to it and it's members. It's my primary reason for wanting to create a club since our members are spread out.

I would consider the creation of challenges with either a relationship to the club or at least pulling invitees from a club member list a high priority issue. Other suggestions for trophies and finishing badges are awesome but I wouldn't want them to bloat the scope of the priority issue if that slows potential delivery.

As someone with more than one new club I manage my members would really like the ability to do club challenges amongst ourselves. Much more motivating to compete against people you know versus strangers.

Would be great to have things such as:

Furthest distance ran/biked over a custom designed period

Highest calorie burn over custom defined certain period

Fastest completion time for a given activity (2k row, 5k row, 3 mile run, 10 mile bike, etc) l. Include a custom period during which the challenge is active

Some sort of award to top 3 performers/trophies

Any updates when we could expect something like this or if it is even being considered? Seems like a quick add with the basic framework for challenges already existing

I also thought I could make challenges by group, and learned I could not. This would be a great feature! Or the ability to see distance over a specific period. I like that a group can have an activity, but I’m looking for a monthly challenge for our group to do together. I also like that I can see furthest distance / most activities within the week - just wanting this information for an full month instead. Also happy to pay for this ability if it gets rolled out since our group will hopefully be more than 24 people.
