Don't send friend's activity completion notification if activity has already been seen/kudoed

Change notifications that inform you "a friend/connection has done an activity" so that they do not show if you've already viewed the activity or given it kudos.

I don't think that's possible because these notifications are sent immediately after the activity is public and notifications can't be taken back.
