Keep average speed stopped in the traffic light

I wanted to suggest that since AI is so fashionable and achieves incredible things, wouldn't it be possible for it to calculate when you stop at a traffic light and not lose the average speed you were traveling before stopping?
That is, if you were traveling at 40 km/h and when you leave the traffic light you return to approximately that speed, ignore that speed section and apply the 40 km/h, that way it would really offer you your performance in terms of average speed .
