Ability to see KOMs that you previously held but have lost.  If this isn’t possible (or while it is being developed), simply add an option to export KOM details.

Reason - Easily keep track of KOMs so you can attempt to retrieve any you lose.

It may not be quite what you want, but I use the companion app from marcello brivio https://www.marcellobrivio.com/projects/strava-toolbox

This allows me to get a list of my KOMs and export it to a spreadsheet.  I save the spreadsheet maybe once per month and compare versions to see what I have won and lost (the Strava notifications of KOM losses seem to work only about 60% of the time)

Thanks Ian, a good alternative for now 🙂

Yes, I know you don’t get notified about negative gradients but find I often don’t get one for the positive gradients either.

Thanks again

nice idea. it would be interesting to see the modification history of segments as well; sometimes segments get lengthened or deleted.

If you previously held a KOM/CR you would probably still be in the top 10. Segments you're in the top 10 can be seen at the same place you see your KOMs/CRs.

Thanks, yes that is true but there are hundreds in there to look through. Just want to see lost KOMs to ensure they are genuine and also if any chance of retrieving.

Related: segment KOM History - see who dethroned who, and when. Would be fun to see the battle between the top athletes as they swap crowns over time

Would be a GREAT feature!

You get a notification when losing a KOM but this is a decent idea; especially for those getting older and previously holding records. I do however feel Strava needs to also start supporting non-competitive athletes a bit more with features to foster stronger community in regions.
