When recording rides using the Strava app on Android, the time measured on segments often differs from the time finally shown after saving/uploading the activity.
For example, while riding through a segment, the app shows 42 seconds as a result. After finishing the ride, the time calculated on the Strava server (and displayed on the activity) is 43 seconds.
This can lead to frustration when hunting KOMs.
It would be better if the mobile app and the server would use the same algorithm to calculate segment times from the recorded GPS coordinates.
