One workaround you could consider would be to mute Athletes if you don't want to see their activities in your Feed:
You can mute an athlete you follow to hide the athlete's activity from your feed. You will no longer see their activities, posts, challenges, or club joins. Strava will not let the athlete know that you have muted them. To unmute an athlete, tap Following from the athlete's profile page or next to their name in your list of followers and deselect the Mute option. Muting an athlete can only be done on the Strava app.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.
