Similar to how the analysis section is for Rides in Strava, I would like the ability (on desktop at least) to select a portion of my Run and see an analysis for that selection eg. with cadence, pace, heart rate, or GAP - similar to how I can select a portion in a Ride and get ride data. This would be useful so that I wouldn't have to rely on using laps to see how I performed for a particular section in a run, for example if I had a 2 hour progression run and I wanted to see my average heart rate for the last 3 mile section or my average pace for the last 2 mile section. In Ride analysis I enjoy making various selections and seeing how various pieces of data coincided - eg how power was affected when I was in a headwind section or speed in a tailwind section. It seems that Runs don't have the flexibility in that regard.

I have noticed the following when looking at the diagrams of my running activities: The x-axis corresponds to the distance for activities with GPS. The y-axis displays the whole range of values for the specific data. This leads to the following ideas/suggestions:

- The option to switch between „distance“ „time“ for all activities where both distance and time are recorded

- The option to enable cutoff in the y-axis, such to eliminate irrelevant data (such as rest speed in an interval training) and enhance the detail in the relevant data range.
