With the new feature of Apple's IOS 16.1 "Live Activities" it is now also possible for third-party apps to display information on the lock screen. I train partly with my Iphone and it would be great to see the real time data like pace not by unlocking the Iphone and opening the Strava app but directly on the lock screen.

This shouldn’t even be up for vote, should have been a feature long ago. I don’t own a Watch and just hold the phone in my hand, so I have to unlock it every time I want to look at my time… and since I’m a novice and do run/walk intervals (which you also cannot configure a workout for) I have to unlock my phone every couple of minutes while running.

Agree. I have my iPhone mounted to my roadbike and always have to unlock my phone first which really is annoying if I want to check my current speed or kilometers.

C'mon Strava! It has been ages since the feature was requested! High time you implement this now.

This is probably the only thing holding me back using Strava regularly over Nike Run Club.

Think there isn’t a single person that wouldn’t appreciate this feature! I don’t have a smart watch so it’d be great to see this

@Lisa66 you are so right, AND in the RWGPS Free version.

Strava if you are even listening, this has been beyond three years. What’s the holdup. Give us some insight or feedback please.

Glance Lock Screen is a fantastic feature that allows you to quickly and easily access essential information right from your lock screen. This smart lock screen feature is designed to provide you with relevant updates and data without requiring you to unlock your phone. One of the most useful applications of Glance Lock Screen is the ability to track your workout progress and stay motivated.
