Personally I'm tired of flagging rides where an e-bike rider has "stolen" a position, KOM or QOM for a climbing segment. There are so many e-bikers, and that's OK by me, but when they find out about Strava and join, they need to know the etiquette, don't contaminate the regular segment leaderboards with your assisted rides!
I suggest Strava send out a general "update" email to all account holders to remind everyone to properly post their rides.
