I’m a member of a Strava group at my company. It looks like the group no longer has an admin. Under “Admins” there are no names listed for an administrator or owner, and none of the members have “Owner” or “Administrator” shown next to their name.That means we can’t make any changes anymore, for example updating the group title. How can we assign an administrator and owner again?

Hi Strava Community,I’ve noticed an issue with one of my segments where the Local Legend count doesn’t seem to update correctly. According to the app, the current Local Legend has 1 attempt in the last 90 days, but I have completed the segment 2 times within the same 90-day period.All of my activities are public and visible, and the segment data is correctly recorded. I’ve tried logging out, checking the web version, and even repeating the segment, but the Local Legend status hasn’t changed.Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Are there any known workarounds to fix or refresh Local Legend counts?Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hi! I'm running my first marathon this year at the end of November and I'm a bit unsure about how to approach training. My goal is to finish the 42 kilometers, taking my time. I've already run several half marathons and the longest distance I've run is 25 kilometers. Any advice?

Yesterday, I created 2-3 new segments. Suddenly, I can't create any more. I keep getting an error saying something went wrong and to try again later. Today, the same error still appears. It doesn't matter which workout

Hello everyone,I would like to change my equipment for a virtual bike ride. However, I can't change either the sport (virtual bike ride) or my incorrectly stored bike. A few weeks ago, elevation gain started showing up as 0 for all hikes and runs auto-imported to Strava from my Fitbit Charge 6. I understand it doesn't come from the data coming from Fitbit, as it doesn't track elevation. If I use 'correct elevation' link on Strava website for a specific activity, the elevation gain number is added. It used to show up automatically, so something must have changed.The same hike tracked directly with Strava app on the phone shows correct elevation gain right away, but of course it's missing the heart rate data then.Was this feature removed unintentionally?..

I could not find them anymore? Have they disappeared again from Strava? Seems stupid…

How can I permanently toggle the global heat map on? In previous versions of the app, it would stay on when selected, but now it turns itself off every time I go into a different app or my phone screen turns off. It's a really useful feature for me and it's getting very annoying to have to switch it on all the time. Thank you

So I finished a ride on my bike, and about 15–20 minutes after the ride I didn’t really pay attention to it.After about an hour, the activity was still processing. Two hours later, it was still processing, and now it’s been over 4 hours stuck on “Processing Activity.”How could this happen, and how can I fix it? I really don’t want to lose my ride.​​​​​​​​​

I have a challenge I setup for some friends and for some reason I can't select Trail Run as a sport.. . Is this a bug?  

Has anyone experienced issues with activities not counting toward Group Leaderboards when the route includes a tunnel?In our case, there is a specific tunnel under Madrid–Barajas Airport that consistently causes problems. Whenever a ride crosses this tunnel, the activity seems to be automatically excluded from the group leaderboard, as if it were flagged or invalidated in some way.The activity itself uploads correctly and appears normal (distance, time, elevation, etc.), but it does not contribute to the group leaderboard results. This happens repeatedly and only on routes that pass through this tunnel. Is this expected behavior due to GPS signal loss, data smoothing, or some kind of automated validation/anti-cheating logic?Is there any way to prevent this from happening, or to correct it after the activity is uploaded?Any insight from Strava staff or the community would be appreciated.

Apple has a feature where friends can track each other’s activities.  When I finish a walk or run, my friends get a watch notification that I finished and they can give a snarky response and we have fun with it.  Today I started a treadmill run from the strava app on my watch.  it tracked steps and millage and my rings were closed.  when I was done, I tapped “finish” and it finished.  no notification of any type was sent to my friends.  When I use the Pacer app to start a treadmill run, it tracks everything and sends a “treadmill run” activity notification to my friends.  So is it a setting I am missing or does Strava not integrat with apple activities?  any help would be appreciated.  None of my friends have strava so they cannot get notices through that app.   Question, if they get the app and remain on the free plan will they get my notices through that?
