My recent 10k run PR has not updated. Can this be resolved. My time as per below is 44:16 but my strava best effort still states my PR is 45:52   

 Not uploading to strava since yesterday,anyone else have this problem?

Hola , Comunidad de Strava.  Espero que se encuentren bien. Quisiera validar el estado de la solicitud que realicé hace algunos meses para obtener la insignia de verificación en mi perfil de Strava. Hasta la fecha no he recibido respuesta, he mandado varios email y solicitudes y a la fecha no me han dado ninguna respuesta , me gustaría saber si hay algún requisito adicional que deba cumplir o si necesitan información complementaria para procesar mi solicitud. Agradezco de antemano su atención y quedo en espera de sus comentarios para poder avanzar con este proceso.

For the past few days I have noticed that my feed only displays 3-4 activities of my connections. Has anyone else experienced this? How can o get it back to before so I can hand out some kudos  please note this is not an issue with syncing my activities. It’s viewing my connections activities on my feed.

What is the purpose of the camera image on the Strava map?

It is not possible to add training partners. It was always possible to add people who did training with me but did not turn on strava, but in the last two I have not had such an option. I am asking for urgent help.

Why can’t i see power zones map in Strava? I use Wahoo’s heart rate monitor, speed and cadence sensors, yet I cannot see the Zone1-5 readings. Are these sensors and monitors sufficient to calculate the training zones? Please advise.  

Hi there - does the direct messaging feature send a push notification if a new DM is received or a reply to an existing DM chat?I get all other notifications, activity, kudos etc ThanksWoody

Hello, I thanks since a few weeks strava doesn’t update the Moving time After sync workout. i use the Apple Watch and the workout running app to record my runs. When i’m done, i open the strava app and sync the workout. After few seconds the run is on strava. in the past, strava analyses the run and updates the Moving time. So stopping formtraffic light was deleted   but now my avg speed etc is worse and i cannot compare my progress.   ‘is this a setting i can change myself? mny thanks in advanced jeroen

For some reason, it looks like Strava has decided to just put random athletes into the activity feed -- i have mine set in chronological order, and I only want to see the people I follow. There does not seem to be a way to turn it off. Does this seem like a good idea?

Hi, I get an error when I try to view the sports year summary. It tells me to try again and just repeats the error. I have been a subscriber for several years now, I would really like to be able to see my 2024 year.

My wife and I are both Strava subscribers. I can see her relative effort in activities when I view these activities on the Strava website but I can't for the life of me see this data in the Strava android app, and this is the interface that I use by far the most frequently.Can anyone point me in the right direction? Please don't tell me this is another area where there is a lack of feature parity between the app and the website?

could not create a route, weather it is short or long distant, i am getting an error message which is "Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again.This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together."

Hi everyone,I’ve been enjoying the "My Year in Sport" feature and taking a closer look at the data it shows for 2024, but I’ve noticed some inconsistencies that are rather confusing, and I’m wondering if anyone else has come across this?For example, in my summary, the total distance for "Ride" is listed as 3,880 km, and for "E-Bike Ride," it’s 1,005 km. However, when I check my Training Log and YTD data, the numbers are 3,885.8 km for "Ride" and 1,005.9 km for "E-Bike Ride." Even when I include the small distance from a few "Velomobile Ride" activities, the total still doesn’t seem to add up to the figure shown in the summary.It gets even more baffling when looking at the overall total distance for all activities in 2024. My Training Calendar summary says 5,741.3 km, "My Year in Sport" says 5,753 km, and the Training Log for All Sports shows 5,728.8 km

I am using strava on my mobile phone to record open water swimming. When saving the activity I get a ridiculous time, although the recorded route is accurate. I can get the correct time by resaving as a run and then again as a swim. However, as soon as I share it defaults to a ridiculous time. Anyone else experienced this issue and can it be fixed?

Is there a way for me to add "Rucking" as an option under "Foot Sports?"

I've just upgraded the os on my watch (ui 6.0) and now the back button doesn't pause the activity. Is there an upcoming strava patch that will resolve this?

Possibility to create a selection of what you want to see from friends on Strava.I am tired of having to see every session in a gym or a virtual ride on my strava.Isn't it possible to select that you can only see the real 'outdoor' activities?This allows you to watch them with the necessary attention. And you miss less real activities that you don't see now because it is just too much.I am in favor of following the outdoor activities. I am not interested in indoor activities. Thank you

My current account is logged in through Apple ID. I switched to an Apple ID on my phone and subscribed. I found that the money has been deducted, but I am still in a non-subscribed state.Is it not possible to recharge and subscribe with another Apple ID for an account logged in through Apple ID? If I change my email address to get rid of the Apple ID, can I subscribe with another Apple ID?Thank you very much!

I went hiking the day before my flight and forgot to finish the activity session. Consequently, strava recorded the 12,000 km flight as part of the activity.My issue is that now, whenever I go to that activity to close it, strava crashes. This means that I cannot record new sessions. 😞 Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Hello, I’m having an issue with the progress chart, it doesn’t update on the chart when I finish my run and upload it. I’ve tried to restart my phone ,log out and log back in, installed the las test version and try everything again, but none of them solve the issue.Could someone help me to fix this issue please 

I can see running activity recorded on my activity deshboard but not on progress deshboard. I don't know why? How can I add on progress deshboard now?
