The simplest way to clean-up segment leaderboard

Hey team, It looks like I accidentally turned off the .Ai analytics feature. Is there a way to switch it back on?

i’ve got this problem. i’ve recorded my weightlifting activity on my apple watch se this morning and have done an activity on the rowing machine and it hasn’t synced to my phone. does anyone know what to do if this has happened to them

Anyone else having issues with the strava app on the iPhone? I did a run this morning. Struggled to load it via the Garmin watch. I can’t see any fresh feed updates since yesterday. I know friends have done an activity. But I can’t see them. This is the same for when I log on online too. Rather frustrating. I’ve logged out. Logged in. Deleted the app. Re installed the app. And also turned the phone off and on. Still the same. 

Under activities there is no option for ski. Also map types there is no winter map. Any advice?

Add “Fat Bike” to Sport. What’s the big deal about one more sport being added. When I ride my fat bike I’m riding a fat bike. Yes, it means more when ridden on snow, because no bike under 3” tires can’t come along. Riding on a beach or on the sand when the reservoir has been lowered 80ft. No standard bike can come along. If you are riding on an MTB trail, use MTB or fat bike. Theres different shoes, boats, bikes, and ski’s.

Strava stopped sync’ing activities from the Suunto app. I know it has been asked a few times before, but I have tried all provided solution, such as deleting and re-installing Strava, disconnecting and reconnecting Strava, but not worked. Also I am sync’ing from Suunto to other apps and that is working, so it’s definitely on the Strava end of things. It also used to work until a couple days ago, when it up and stopped working. Please advise on how to resolve.

Why Strava stoped syncing with Bryton and Suunto? How can I fix it? Reinstalling and reconnecting doesn't help.

Is there any way to set an annual cycling distance target which does not include the virtual kilometres (in my case from Zwift)?  I like to track my outside distance, not the amount of spinning I do in my cellar, but can’t seem to separate the two.  Surely a basic requirement?

I am trying to create a training plan for my next (first!) marathon, that takes place in Copenhagen May 11th.But it seems like I can only create a plan for 12 weeks….!! Does anyone know if that is the only option for a marathon plan? It would be really nice if Strava could provide a plan for a longer period, e.g. 16 or 20 weeks. It seems really odd that everyone should be able to train to a marathon in 12 weeks, regardless your age, fitness level, weight etc.

This is a workout I’ve just done. 1 hour of weights, 10 minute run, 10 minute row, 50 minutes exercise bike. The x-axis is meaningless. It should be time based, not distance based.

I am very lucky and grateful to live in a state with so many mountain bike trails available. I recently started volunteering for a bike oriented group in my state and went to an event they put on here in Michigan. My husband and I helped close the event at the end of the day and just that part involved lots of work. I don't know that many people actually realize how much work goes on before, during and after for sports related events whether they be free or pay for. So many people volunteer their time and energy into creating these events. Also a great deal of time goes into trail maintenance for things like daily use all the way to pay for events. In general this work is completed by volunteers. It seems like it would be worth trying to give these people the opportunity to get recognized for their time volunteering. It's not for bragging, in my opinion, it would be for well deserved recognition and appreciation by those who get to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

in the instructions for segments for Garmin devices there is a bar with the option to enable or disable 20-30 popular segments nearby. However, neither on the website nor in the application is there a possibility to enable such an option. I bought a Garmin device so that I wouldn't have to think about constantly marking segments with a star, but could ride and see popular segments at the same time. Why can't I enable this option?

Hi, I recently learnt from my wife that Strava shows the following pop-up which allows her to quickly edit her latest activity, which is a feature I've been longing for for ages, as I've multiple bikes that I need to update my every single activity to ensure I chose the right one.However, this pop-up is not showing for me. We're both using iOS, though she's using iOS17 while I'm using iOS18. I don't think that matters though. I can't seem to find any setting in Strava for this though, nor find any feature announcement from Strava on this. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks in advance! 

Hi All,I normally run with a friend who doesn’t take their phone/watch so after we run I use the ‘Add Others’ function when viewing the run summary so they can add the run to their profile.Recently the ‘Add Others’ function has disappeared and I don’t know how to get it back.Has anyone else experienced this? And if so can you please guide me on how to add the feature back? 

In the January 400 minute challenge for 2025 the leader board is shown, as of 5th January, with the leader on 1197h.That is ridiculous and makes the challenge result information not worth having.The stats need to be correct.Just show hours accumulated in January, that’s all.N OVERALL NAME TIME PROGRESS 1 Manuel Lecke 1197h 16m 17,959% 2  

Political polarization and division are constant and inescapable realities of life these days, and Strava is one of the few platforms that has remained mostly free from political discord. It would be nice to keep it that way. For the past few weeks I’ve been seeing constant notices in my feed that one of my follows has joined the Cyclists for Trump club. This strikes me as incredibly inappropriate and has nothing to do with what Strava is supposed to be all about. It would be just as inappropriate if the club was focused on any other political figure or cause. Politics simply doesn’t have any place here. Please get rid of any club focused on politics or political figures.  

What do you think about an idea to suggest in the section of possible friends, people who often run on the same routes by checking used  routes consistency, or often running same segments?It can work the same for other activities in the same way.This will let networking for people who live nearby to socialize in real live, to run or ride together, compete etc 

I will be happy if the platform can add one more control to the privacy settings, which is to make the activities visible to a smaller group of contacts, like favourite contacts for example. I don't mind sharing my activities but I don't want everyone to see what I am doing, except my close friends, groups, training buddies, etc

I see that there is an option for setting goals under Combined Efforts option as “All Run” however I would love for Strava to add a new category in Combined Efforts for “All Foot” or some other name like that. There are many times a run turns into a walk or a hike turns into a trail run or vice versa. I would like the ability to set a goal for the year for all combined walk, hike, trail run, run, etc. For example sometimes I start recording as a run but it turns into a walk. It would be nice to have all these categories combine into a single goal for the year.

So, for example, at one point I was doing a lot of cycling and playing soccer. And both of those were showing up as orange in the activity log. Not super helpful.My suggestion: Similar to Google Calendar, allow us to choose our own colors for the activity log. Number one: We can customize it to our liking, which is fun. And Number two: there won’t be annoying overlapping colors… I use the activity log a lot, to see my training at a glance, and I love how colorful it is. It’s like little stickers to reward me for working out. But when everything is orange, it’s not ideal… 

CR crowns with a plus sign with how many course records you have should be on or next to your profile photo. I mean it is actually a really big deal to hold an actual world record recorded time on a specific segment of earth and it should be properly celebrated! 

Screenshot of pop-up for inputting distanceWhen Strava tracks an activity (run or walk) either on its own or by fetching it from another app, say FitBit, it calculates and shows the distance with two decimal places as expected, e.g., 3.85 km., however, when data is added manually, it allows only single digit after the decimal, e.g., 3.8 km, although the display after addition is still with two decimals, 3.80 km.Please allow at least two digits after decimals, so that we don’t lose the exact data.
