Strava does not seem to be able to post Backcountry skiing activities-what can be done to fix this?

Can someone at Strava provide an update on when we’ll be able access the 3D backcountry ski mapping capabilities that FATMAP offered through the platform integration? (i.e. slope angle shading and topography details?) This was a critical tool for alpine travel and many are hoping to rely on this for winter activities. 

Could we get an additional privacy setting for clubs?  If would be nice to have the option to have our rides private but being able to select the club of our choice to share our data with. This would be more probably targeted to competitive athletes that does not want to share training information with anyone but their teammates/coaches. 

Being able to go to the previous or next activity when you are on an activity. Rather than having to do "previous page" and click on the next or previous activity.

It seems that the Strava status page has been out of order for quite some time now. Is it under construction, or is a fix on the way..?I don't visit the page often but when I do, I appreciate the status information - to clearly see whether an issue is on my end or whether it's some hiccup on the server. With the lack of Uploads and Dashboard Latency information, it's hard to tell though.Thanks!   

Using anonymisation, could local legends (and segment competitions) be participated in by those with private profiles? Maybe Strava could anonymise local legend winners with private profiles using their initials, rather than giving their full name? Or usernames rather than first and last name.  

Add the option; remove activities/sports I dont use on Galaxy wear OS please.There are too many options to scroll through to find the ones I use

It would be cool to be able to search for ski touring/ back country routes, like you can search hiking and biking routes. I see there are some on there as you can come across them googling, but you can't currently search them in the app

Please make it possible to filter the heatmap by daterange or at least season.

Curently you can report riders from the web interface when they have forgot to tun the computer of after a ride sothat there effort in the car does not affect the segment leader board  my ask/suggestion is to have the same ability from the mobile app. Unfortunately I have alot of segments close to me that are next to a main road and weekly there are new KOM's where people have not turned of the cycling computers.

Does anyone else have trouble with Apple Watch/health app automatically uploading bike rides to Strava? I record my workouts in the fitness app on my watch, which saves workouts to the Activity/Fitness app. This should sync between Strava and Health. The apps are enabled to talk to each other and automatic uploads are enabled as well. All other workouts (ie walk, run) import automatically no problem. With bike rides (“outdoor cycle”), I have to manually hit the import the ride. Pretty annoying!To troubleshoot, I have disconnected the Strava app from Health/Fitness, deleted the app and redownloaded to my phone and watch. Same thing happens though. Any other activity automatically imports to Strava just fine. But with Bike rides, I have to manually go into Strava on my phone and hit "import". Could this be a bug?

HiI tried to subscribe with the android app, but it redirected me to chrome browser which appears to have now created a new strava account (with my subscription) under my gmail address, which is not my longstanding accountI’m trying to refund the subscription (with little success) but I also realise that means I wont be able to get the discount that was offered last week.  what should I do?

It came to my attention recently that Strava has created a blanket restriction on posting any form of hyperlink to their platform without any notification to the users posting the link. Similarly, club pages can no longer have a website associated with them and past links shared have been removed without notice. You cannot even link to Strava’s own ecosystem on a Strava post.I created a support ticket requesting information on this glaring issue and was directed to a community post the cites “harmful spam” despite no evidence of such spam occurring. Attempts to follow-up with these concerns have received no response with Support only closing my tickets without notice.To add insult to injury I’ve noticed that we can no longer copy/paste any text from anywhere in Strava on mobile. Inquiries into the reasoning behind this have been similarly ignored.If user safety is the concern then it seems odd that email notifications still contain links as the sc

Recently changed my running watch and now summary data does not show HR stats. Permissions are correctly enabled. I don't want to see Power I'd like to see HR data back again. Any suggestions. Thanks

Hi,While my activities are visible to “followers” only, I get suggestions for “who to follow” on strangers whom Strava has determined that we’ve done activities together. How can this be disabled? I dont want to see this and vice-versa, i dont want strangers or bunch of strangers to know we’ve done activities together. While this is very general, finding the same information across a given group of users could provide some information about me I didnt agree to disclose. Please advise. Thanks

Is there a way to mark a Hike or Walk as a Race, so that time spent taking breaks is included in stats? Last year I completed the Mammutmarsch, which is a 100km walk and something I would consider a “race”.I would like my activity to better represent the actual time it took us to complete it, as well as the km/h and pace and everything else.

It would be ideal to have the option to view only the activities of the people I follow in the feed. For example, I currently see posts from both people and groups I follow, but sometimes I would like to filter it to display exclusively the activities of people, without including posts from groups.

Hey all. Would anyone know the Support ticket waiting times? I put in a ticket on the 1st January 2025 and it's still open. Even though it's under high priority. I thought they would of cleared the backlog already. 

Is there anyway to add pets to an exercise!? I’d love to add my dog who trains with me everyday. Even if it was like the gear/shoes! 🐶🙏

I have a Samsung Watch with Strava on it, I am not using my phone when running. First, I had no subscription and only showed avg time/km. Now, I have only current speed/km. But, now I can't measure if I am still on schedule for average during my run. I have bought subscription to see both, but this is not possible? Thank you in advance.

Strava has options for different types of shoes and bikes for their activities.  Why not add the same idea for skiing? Alpine skiing, Backcountry, Nordic, etc.  Skiers have different skis for different conditions, e.g. powder skis, groomer skis, all mountain skis, skimo skis.

I am mostly active during winter on a hometrainer. To provide numbness down under I split up long activities into 2 or 3, 40-45 minute workouts.. This gives me a few minutes to give my sitting area some rest. But on Strava all the activities get uploaded separately. Also whenever doing any type of ride, I do a warm up workout of 18 minutes before diving into the planned workout for that day (to trick the fitness level a bit). Off course these workouts get uploaded separately. But here is what I’m requesting for, is it possible to add to the choose-able goals the choice of a counter that counts the days instead the number of workouts on a day? Off course it’s very pleasing to see by the end of the year that I have 600 workouts but to me that’s not fair, is it? Definitely not when working like my last example of the warming up/workout combination.
