I am currently experiencing an a issue when viewing a walking activity on the web interface. The behaviour is browser dependent but basically non of the analysis information is available. The activities display correctly, includes HR, Pace, Cadence and temperature, in the iOS mobile app but not on the web.Any ideas?Microsoft EdgeFirefox 

Pleasantly surprised to discover on the 2nd day of the new year that I could add a new pair of shoes from within the Strava iPhone (iOS) app.  So rather than complaining or suggesting something new, I want to say THANKS for adding this feature.I had a great run in a new pair of Topo UltraAdventure 4 shoes. It was so nice to add them on them on the fly as I usually forget by the time I get home.Thanks Strava PM and Engineering team.

On the mobile app, my group’s leaderboard only displays the number of activities. It does not display distance, and I have not been able to locate anything in the settings to adjust this. I know I can view the distance leaderboard on the website - but any insight into how to make distance the default leaderboard on the mobile app would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Trying to share year in review but when my family gets the link it only shows 3 months... no options to view full year. Is the "year in review" just a placeholder on the app till the information actually comes in?

I recently purchased the Garmin Fenix 8.  I use an indoor rowing machine.  The Fenix has a icon for indoor rowing workouts, but when the workout transfers to Strava, it shows up as an outdoor rowing activity with no way to change to indoor row or to add distance.  Thoughts?

Has anyone else experienced that their activity feed has shortend? The last few days I can only see a few activities and not any of the previous day's activities. This is quite frustrating.

It's the 5th of January 2025 1:17pm where I reside and my year in sport 2024 has disappeared from my profile on the app.  The Strava website clearly indicates that I would have access too it until the 6th of January 2025. Very disappointed not to have access too it Just got back from off grid camping, couldn't access it sooner.  Please help

Ik heb op mijn Wahoo move een indoor training gedaan op zondag 5 januari 2025. Ik heb mijn Wahoo app gekoppeld aan Strava. Mijn rit komt echter niet in strava terecht. In de wahoo app blijft steeds de melding staan “Strava in uitvoering". Iemand enig idee hoe dit op te lossen? Translation: “ I did an indoor training on my Wahoo move on Sunday January 5, 2025. I have linked my Wahoo app to Strava. However, my ride does not end up in Strava. In the Wahoo app the message "Strava in progress" keeps appearing. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? ” 

I’m running 18.2 and 11.2 IOS/WOS and still not showing fitness+ as described in recent announcement.  Any fixes?

As we know Strava activity distances can vary from the proprietary data, this is not a major issue. But, does anyone know why activity start times can vary by ±10 seconds? This seems to be most prevalent on swims and virtual activities but can differ on runs too.

This has happened twice now that I’ve finished a run with no issues, stopped the activity, hit finish and save activity, and it tells me it’s processing. Then a few minutes later, the processing banner is gone and the activity is nowhere to be found. Help!(My app also is not showing the + button in the top left corner to input the activity manually, but that is a separate issue)

Hi guys, I have an issue that is scaring me a bit about possibly losing my account. I created my Strava account with facebook login years ago but want to keep away from it. Since then my FB email has changed but strava kept my old deleted email address when i created the strava account with FB login. Do any of you know of a process to change it ? The change email requires a password but which one since i use Facebook login and the email is not the current one of my facebook account?I currently can still use the strava login with facebook but fear I will be blocked using normal login because i don’t have access that old and deleted email address.

What do people think of downvoting ideas? We can currently upvote ones we like but right now there is no way to express a dislike to an idea except in comments and to not vote for an idea.Would it be too negative? I’ve seen some ideas I dislike, fortunately (for me) nobody voted for them but this might help filter ideas and gauge interest.

I want to save these 30 days to use the free preview, but strava automatically started the trial 3 days ago without me noticing. How do I end this and save the remaining days?

Hello all,Is there a way to order the leaderboard by pace instead of distance, I run a club for running and keep up to date with statistics for this club, but have some runners complaining about not being shown in the leaderboard despite being the ones with the fastest pace.I'm not able to find a way to rank by pace or at least remove the climb metric and replace it with pace, although I'm able to see pace in the current week's leaderboard.I would appreciate your suggestions! Pablo.

Starting january 2 my Suunto app does not synch with strava. Very frustrating! Anybody else with the same problem? Maybe a sollution?!Bob from Holland

Hello!My strava heatmap has not been updating since a good year ago I guess. Is there anything I can do about it so I can see again were I already have ridden. My strava app is fully updated so it can’t be that problem.Thanks in advance!!
