Hi, I was a premium member a few years back but after covid i didnt rejoin. Is there a way to try for a month the premium version before i part with £55?

Please help me!I was using my free trial and after not using app I deleted my account but Strava still charged me 49,99 euro.!please help me back my money, because I can even use this app

For some reason, I can not create a segment today. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I have a Galaxy Watch, SM-R800, and recently downloaded the Strava app. I've completed a few runs using the app and like it as it downloads to my phone so I can see the data.However, when I'm running I have trouble seeing the distance. I appears in the lower left of my watch but it's very small. I've seen a few of the post on the message board that tells you to go to settings-display and then enlarge the font on my watch. I don't have that setting and I can't see where I need an update to the Strava software. I'm currently running Version 1.7.24Am I running a past version?

Hello! (This is my first forum post!)I've been using strava for years now and love it, i love all the features for the premium version too. But i was wondering if there is any way we somthing could be updated so that we can view all our photos on our profile not just the most recent 100. this would be awesome as then it would make looking back alot easier. i'm not computor savvy but in my head just thinking about i can't think of any reasons not to? it'd be awesome if somthing could be updated. thankssam 

Hi, i noticed that the maximum number of photos is about 100. When uploading new pictures, older ones will disappear into the void. When deleting some images, those older ones re-appear so it seems that they’re still stored somewhere. Is it possible to increase the number of pictures that are accessible on ones profile?

I created four new segments in Strava (via browser). When I click on the dashboard "My Segments" and then go to the "Created Segments" tab, none of them show. I road several of the segments and no stats appear. Any idea what is happening? Are they not getting approved for some reason?

Hi all,I like sharing my running route and taking photos. Some photos I don't want to share the location data. Is it possible to share photo without sharing location? Do I just screenshot the photo then re-upload to remove the location data?

I have Strava on my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.  Until recently, it was working fine.  However, it has recently been unable to record activities.  I get the menu shown below.  Before, if I tapped on an activity, it would find GPS and give me a button that would allow me to start the activity.  Now, tapping on the activity works only if I select an activity that does not require GPS.  If I select one that requires GPS, just a sliver of the old finding GPS screen appears and then immediately disappears.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Strava on both my phone and my watch, disabling and reenabling location services, and shutting down and restarting both the phone and the watch.  Nothing is fixing the problem.I tried contacting Strava about this.  First, they sent me back an automated e-mail talking about problems with rides not being recorded properly on the phone--but of course, this doesn't deal with a phone and doesn't

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and have downloaded the Strava app.  However, although I have an account I am unable to sign into it.  I enter the correct e-mail address and password and then the app comes up with network error.  I have tried clicking on forgot password and it comes up with no internet connection, when my internet connection is working fine. I am at a loss as to what to do?  I have tried deleting the app the re-installing it and the same thing keeps happening.  The app seems to work fine on my iPhone, but not my Samsung.   Can anyone help?  Thanks  

Hi.I am looking for a simple watch  that can directly send heart rate to Strava, so I can just use Phone/Strava as my run tracker and handle all the GPS/splits. Fitbit does not do this, it records your run first, then later sends it to Strava, but not always, often the watch crashes or GPS fails, then it goes missing. I looked through the list of compatible devices on Strava, and for some devices it specifically says they do not connect directly, but others it is not so explicit that it does.So can anyone confirm what manufacturers can do this with Strava?Ps. I am doing this as I have a Fitbit charge 4, but I want to replace it, as it keeps crashing during runs. My girlfriends did exactly the same, super annoying, lots of people on fitibit forum have the same problem, and not just with this Model. Screen is unreadable in sun anyway. Pretty disappointed in this device and support.

Has someone else experienced a new UI when importing an exercise from Garmin devices, via Garmin connect? Or when I want to edit an exercise?To me it's a total mess now. I can't find the info I want to change. And the keyboard doesn't appear as it used to when I want to edit the text. I have to click around and pretend to edit other fields to get the keyboard visible. It feels like I have to click ten times more now than before.Please revert!

I've just received an e-mail from Strava in which it congratulated me with my Stravaversary - 11 years since I opened the account.That's a nice touch! However all my Strava totals that were listed in the e-mail are off by more about 10x.For example, it said I did 377 activities and about 1800 miles while in reality I did about 3400 activities and more than 20,000 miles. Edit: I decided to reread the email and realized that the totals were for the last year. Still, I think it is confusing and that's why I misread the e-mail. At the top it speaks about how long I had the account, so one would assume that the totals were also for the duration of the account.Furthermore, when people think about their totals they tend to track it for each calendar year rather than an arbitrary 1 year period that match the Stravaversary. That's why I misread the message.

Hello. I've submitted a ticket yesterday about refunding my subscription. When will I recieve a response? It says solved but no one has reached out to me about the next steps so it's basically not solved. Strava seems to have updated their app now I can't select All Sports on the page above with the graph that shows total time, elevation and distance. Now I have to tap the new Show more stats button. Even then when I can select All Sports not all the stats are shown at once. What I could see on one easy to access page before is just not available at all. Please put it back how it was Strava.  You have broken the function of the page I used the most. I can't understand how anyone could say these latest changes are an improvement. 

I created a post and included an animated gif that works in the form for creating the post but when I view the finished post in the Strava feed the animation does not work, it simply sits on the first frame. Is this a bug that should be reported?

I have a Samsung S22 phone and now I bought a Galaxy Watch 6. I was using a Garmin watch to synch my running to Strava and no issues. So I followed the steps to connect Samsung Health to Strava: logged in Samsung Health and went to settings and added Strava as a service to connect to. Then the Strava log in popped and I logged in and authorized the connection within Strava. The problem is Samsung Health does not show on the Services list, so it seems Strava does not recognize Health as being connected, whereas Health “sees” Strava. Meanwhile, I tried going for a quick walk with the Samsung watch and it synched to Strava, though the map information is not available. Still, Samsung Health does not show up on Strava’s Services. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? thanks!

I've linked Strava in Huawei health app, but I can not add my device in Strava app, "There was an error connecting your device".I can not understand what is the problem...and how to fix it

I record my activities through the Strava App on my Pixel Watch 2 directly.I have recently started pausing my activity during breaks and twice in the last 2 weeks I ended up accidentally pressing the "finish" button instead of "resume" after pausing because they are too close to each other. I think at the very least, a confirmation before finishing the activity feels like a better experience. Or make the resume button more significant than the big finish button would also be helpful in avoiding such accidental button presses.Moreover, the resume button also looks like a text rather than an actual button. 

Can we PLEASE somehow separate the “Save” and “Discard” button on Apple Watch? Too many times, I’ve accidentally discarded an activity when trying to save. Having the buttons the same size and right on top of each other is not helpful. 99% of the time, we just want to save. Discard should not even be an option! We can delete unwanted activities manually in the app, if needed. 

Saw the recent note about streamlining segments by only keeping the most popular ones, detecting and removing fake attempts, etc. That's great. That said, I would say that one reason why some people make duplicates is an attempt to make a better spatial representation of the route so that anyone taking shortcuts will not have their attempt registered. In making this update to segments, I highly recommend strava update the GPS match precision required for a segment to register.As an example, take the Black Widow trail in San Diego, CA, black mountain area. The trail starts with a few switchbacks but there is also a steep hiking trail straight up the middle. Some bombers with their DH bikes send it straight down this trail, but their rides are registered into the segment with all the switchbacks. As a result all of the top attempts for the Black Widow trail are from DHers skipping all the switchbacks because the GPS registration is too forgiving. I am hoping a change could reme

Often when planning a weekend long run, I'd start by planning a route, then star a few segments along the route. But now it does not longer seems to be a way to see what segments exist along the route. On the route planning map, I can turn the segments layer on, but that would show all segments in the vicinity, and with the route displayed, it is almost impossible to see segments that are overlayed with the route. There is no list of segments either. I am sorry to tell you, but this "optimization" of the UX has made it much harder to use.Also, there is a problem with the implementation - it is impossible to select a segment to see its details if its start aligns with a POI or a waypoint. Also, it seems that a lot of segments are simply missing.

Is there actually anyway of doing this? Exporting the GPX file from FATMAP to upload to strave doesnt work as it only exports a route GPX and not an activity GPX.My strava activities show up in FATMAP, but i want it to behave the other way around (otherwise none of my fatmap activities go in to my apple health data)Thanks

Suddenly I'm getting lots of pictures in my feed from people I do not follow. Seems to be coming from clubs I am a member of. Almost exclusively pictures of bikes. Some days so many that it feels like real spam. Is there a way to filter these out or is quitting the clubs my only options?
