Did you know that if you are the owner or admin of a club you can create club events? Club events are a great way to engage with your club members, meet new members and grow your club. If you have a route you would like to use for your event, you can include that when you set up the event. You can select an existing route or create a new route for your event. Is it just me that gets annoyed with how much effort puts in to trying to make me subscribe? I already told them that their price is way too high for the features offered.  I've already told them that I won't be subscribing at that price. It's expensive and not worth it. Is it not better to reduce your price yet get more subscribers? It is not a premium app. It doesn't have integrated training plans. I want (when I subscribe and opt for a marathon plan) something that is integrated with the strava app, that gives me coaching and voice feedback during each training session, that is in the app that I can tailor so it's not just a bland series of emails that tell me when and what to do. It's very dull and lazy. The effort strava puts in to monetise everything by linking to their 'partners' which is just about getting exposure to their partners. It's not about providing a good app for your users it's about squeezing money out o

Strava, we love you, but why are the MapBox satellite maps so out of date? The house I live in was built in 2017 and is still showing up as a vacant lot. Entire developments near me are missing, including streets. This is not only inconvenient, it's dangerous. We're paying good money for subscriptions, would you please find update or find a better map vendor? Thank you.

Hello,The PR, KOM and Local Legend icons are very crisp. However, the climb category icons are very blurry. Can those icons please be updated?Must not even be an icon, could also be a simple red text.

Live relative effort has been added for garmin and wahoo devices.. is there a plan to add this feature to apple watch app?

Hello,I'm not sure if this is the place to do this but I am desperate at this point. I signed up for the full Montreal marathon about 6 months ago but injured my knee a couple weeks ago. I know that now the transfers are to be done on-site the day of the race. But if you're interested in running the marathon please contact me. 

Good afternoon, somebody is blaming me for flagging one of his rides for performing it an e-bike instead of a road bike.He says Strava told him I flagged him, which is not true. Is it true that flagged persons are able to see who flagged them or ask the support to tell them?Is there any opportunity to find out who flagged one? Thanks in advance

Hi all, I am currently a little stumped on what might be happening. I have connected Strava to a chest strap HRM and am a little confused with the readings. I’m guessing the connection is being dropped intermittently for minutes at a time? it looked like only a few measurements were taken over the course of a 2 hour bike ride. I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting, forgetting device, changing battery, updating, but nothing seemed to work. I am also not connected to any other devices. Interestingly, during runs it seems to be fine? Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

If you haven't heard, the 2023 NYC Marathon took place on November 5, 2023 and it was an exciting one. A total of 51,402 runners participated in the event. Coming out of Addis Ababa Ethiopia, Tamirat Tola took home the 1st place finisher in the men's division. With a pace of 04:46 per mile, Tamirat finished the marathon in an official time of 2:04:58 breaking the course record Geoffrey Mutai set in 2011 by 8 seconds.  In the women's group from Boulder Colorado, Hellen Obiri took home the honor of finishing 1st. Her official finish time was 2:27:23 with a pace of 05:38 per mile. She also placed 29th overall. Overall the average time of all participants completing the marathon was 4:39:49. The average time of men finishing was 4:26:40 while the average time of women was 4:56:12. As an outsider who has never participated in a marathon I have to say, tackling a challenge like this and completing it is quite impressiv

I am consistently getting errors in the data uploaded to Strava from my Suunto watch. The Suunto data is accurate but when it comes up in Strava it is wildly inaccurate. This is happening for runs and hikes. For example, today I hiked 8 hours but Strava is saying my moving time was just 1 hr 10min with an average time of about 20kph! Looking at ‘pace’ analysis it looks like whole sections of time have disappeared (but the original Suunto data is fine). Any suggestions about what’s going on?

I see a speed marked down next to the top 10 times for a segment or KOM. Is that speed their max speed?...or an average speed? Some of the flat segments around me are a couple of minutes long, but the leader has a speed marked down as 53km/h. I barely manage that in my highest gear on a downhilll.Any thoughts?

Strava:On the Club Leaderboards the Strava 500 challenge it’s not added as a 500km ride at the end but as a daily achievement. The pro rides are recorded as daily efforts and when Lael Wilcox completes her around the world achievement, she will not be uploading a ride of 18000 miles. What this means for the average rider is that a big effort of 230Km in a day will not register in the ‘longest ride’ category when other riders tie three easy day rides of 80km’s together. The Longest ride should be for a single day not for multiple days. The total for that multiday ride is represented in the Distance category.

Strava image: garmin image for same activity: Does anybody know what can cause this and how to correct or prevent it?    

I have an Android phone and I use the mobile app to record activities on Strava. On my last two activities, I hit 'record', did my walk/bike and when I went to hit 'finish' I got a message saying that Strava encountered a problem and none of the walk/ride had been recorded. On both occasions I had mobile data on, had checked the GPS signal was working when I hit record and was within city limits. I restarted my phone after the first incident and it still happened. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it? Cheers!

What is the current approximate Strava support response time to review an open request? I have a Request #3039652 that I initiated more than 3 days ago.

I login with my APPLE ID at the first time, then I changed to a Android phone...I have to login with a email address, my current email address is a strange long address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com, I want to change the email, but even with correct password, it always shows something like 'you account is temporary restricted, please try login later', how could I solve it.

I slept nine hours last night for the first time in recent memory, and likely since I started my climb from 40 miles a week to 100 miles a week around two months ago. Is there a way to ride a loop, make that whole loop a STRAVA segment, and then have it give 1st, 2nd, and 3rd medals? The latter may be automatic, based on leaderboard.
