I'm using 3D terrain maps a lot. For week or two there are no labels at all, city/town names are missing and you can see just plastic map which is not as good as with labels. Am I missing something, like new setting (show/hide lables?)...? Or is this a general bug somewhere?Thank you in advance, Jan.

I used a Galaxy watch 4 and whenever I did my activities, the watch model appeared in the activities. I just bought the Galaxy Watch 6 and the device name simply doesn't appear in the activities. everything that appears and Wear Os by Google. That is, the name of Google's OS

I post my rides from Cyclemeter to Strava. Yesterday’s ride shows up in my Strava activity field but it doesn’t show up on the calendar of activities or count the miles toward my progress. All the settings are the same as i always use. I’ve deleted and reposted the ride several times but the result is always the same - I can see it in my feed but it’s not counting. Any ideas?

I have ran a PB on 5k today in the strava Apple Watch App. However, on my acitivity feed it shows 3:44, and in Brooks 5K challenge it shows 3:47. Nonetheless 3:47 is my current PB so it should be showing at least a second best try?  It seems like it only registered the run but not quite the segments or personal bests.. Thanks in advance! 

Hi, my run uploads correctly to the garmin app with time, distance, map. But then when it uploads to strava, the map is cut off and the distance is 0.0km. The time is correct but it has not shown any distance. Does anyone know if I can manually upload my run from garmin app to strava? Thanks!

I have a problem. The full distance of one of my bikes is incorrect. Strava shows that the bike has ridden 11,203 km, but it should be 4,683 km. I last verified the distance at 4,344 km. Since then, I have had 5 activities with this bike, with a total distance of 339 km. I tried to change the bike to another in these 5 activities and then return to the correct one, but it did not help. The distance is still incorrect and is 11,203 km. What can I do?

Strava doesn't offer the same number of map layers. Is it foreseen by October 1st?

You've started using 'their' when referring to your customers instead of 'he' or 'her'. Why not have a 'preferred pronoun' field on the profile page for those who want to choose something other than 'he' or 'her' and assume the rest of us are referred to as 'he' or 'her'.

Hi, whom do I contact to undelete an activity from Today? It was saved on Strava and I delete the wrong post.  If anyone know how to stream from i-watch to i-phone for maps that would be handy too. Then I would not need to run 2 sessions to get my HR.  

Hello,when I try to refresh activity achievements, how long after presssing Refresh Achievements for this Activity (+Proceed) does it take to recompute all achievements for this activity?I'm asking because the "Achievements are being recomputed for this activity. This may take a moment." message at the top of the pa ge doesn't dissapear by its own, but does dissapear immediately if I refresh the page. I know that recalculation is happening in the background but due to this message not dissapearing I don't know when it finishes.

Hi, this has happened again and I am getting annoyed by whatever Strava is doing with my team runs uploaded from garmin. Picture this:runner A (garmin) and runner B (polar) run the same trail, have the same pace, same pauses, everything is basically the same. Stats in both garmin and polar app are nearly identical - obviously, we ran together. Yet on strava, my (garmin) activity is 52 MINUTES longer than my friends. Like how is that possible if we ran arm by arm? His average moving pace in Strava reflects exactly what his polar app says, in my case, according to strava - I am 30% slower than him. Hi,I have strava installed on my android phone and enable autopause on for both ride and run but when I record a walk and during that walk I stop for a few minutes,strava doesnt autopause and continue with the timer thus the recorded average speed for my walks is lower than actual speed.Is there a way to enable auto pause for walks?

Hello, I have a discrepancy between the number of uploaded activities and the annual statistics in My Stats on my account. I have uploaded 93 activities in 2024, but in My Stats I have only 83 activities for 2024. When I add up all the activities in My Activities in Training folder, the total is correct - 93 activities. Where could the problem be? My account is 39535432. Thank you. David Lukes

hello, so I was scrolling through my Strava monthly review this morning and noticed that it had a new PR in the 400m. As I went to check it showed me an apparent 1s 400m segment. This pace is completely unrealistic though. As I went to check I noticed several more completely unrealistic PRs. How does Strava get the pace so wrong? Does anybody else have this issue? (using an Apple Watch Ultra) any help would be greatly appreciated 🙃  

I recently got a new watch the forerunner 55. I connected it to strava with the garmin connect app but when i try to track my heartbean on strava i dont see it as an available sensor or anything. Im kinda new to this, all permissions should be turned on dont know what else to try. Thanks

Today 11.09.2024 the amount corresponding to one year's subscription was withdrawn from my credit card.I would like to cancel the subscription that has been extended and have the amount paid back.what should i do for this?

I renewed my subscription, but Strava created a new subscription that isn't showing in my app. My current subscription will expire in 22 days (a 1-year subscription), and the new one doesn’t appear. I’ve submitted two tickets but haven’t received any response. What should I do? It’s extremely frustrating.

Since 17th August I've noticed that Strava is calculating my pace and elapsed time very incorrectly. I use Huawei Watch Fit and don't have issues syncing data, plus the data up to 17th August was pretty accurate. Both apps are up to date, but it's getting frustrating that Strava continually thinks that I ran 10k in 1hr 50 when this is far from the case. I've tried to fix this by running with GPS on on my phone, and off, but neither solution is working. What could have happened over the past couple of weeks which is causing this? I have been using a Mi Band for tracking all my workouts up till now. It would perform quite neatly and track all my workouts to my Strava profile properly.For instance, Outdoor Running would get GPS data and time and stuff like that but also Treadmill running would get the time, speed, HR and more data synced to my profile.In another instance, my weight training, jump rope, core training, HIIT, pilates, etc would sync as 'Morning Workout' to my profile with the time and the calories burnt or HR added to it.Now I have upgraded to a Galaxy Watch and sadly none of my non-GPS activities get synced to my profile. Not just my weight training and HIIT but even my treadmill runs and spinning workouts are left behind. This is quite unhelpful for me when keeping track of my Relative Effort and other metrics like Power Curve and more.I and other Galaxy Watch users (as per Reddit) would appreciate this addition. Hi all, I’m new to Strava and this community but does anyone know how to stop getting emails every time someone gives kudos? I don’t want to stop all emails but don’t want my inbox filling up with things I can easily see in the app. The email notifications settings only has on or off for all emails. 

Hi, I would like to report that athlets search has an issue from at least few weeks. I used to search athlets via web search using certain phrase (my city name: Biała Podlaska). Unfortunatelly it is not possible any more for that phrase - search returns no results. At the same time I can search for e.g. "New York" or any other city near me like "Lublin" an it works, it returns athlets. The problem is only with "Biała Podlaska" (or biala podlaska, biała podlaska, Biala Podlaska ... and so on).

I tried to change my email associated with my account, but after entering my password incorrectly a few times, I decided to just hit “forgot password”. After changing the password, I tried to log back in and now my account is temporarily suspended. I’ve waited 24 hours per instructions I’ve read on this forum and contacted support but nobody has replied to me. Is there any way to fix this?
