Please refund my subscription as it auto-renewed without my permission, and I urgently need the money for my school tuition.

I got a brand new Google Pixel 9 last week and Strava keeps crashing. I can't open Maps or record a love workout. I have followed all of the steps that were recommended online. My phone storage is low. I cleared my cache and data. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. 

Hi there, I’ve checked the gear list and adding a component doesn’t include ‘sealant add’ or ‘sealant topup’. What’s the best way to track how much life I have left in my sealant inside Strava?

I just joined the Strava Community Hub and received an automated email welcoming me to the site:“Dear username, Your account has been succesfully activated. We hope to see you soon on the Strava Community Hub.” Below that, there’s a button titled “Go to the Community Hub” but the HREF for the button is invalid and fails. The link in the email is to <LINK REMOVED> (For privacy reasons, I’ve redacted what looks like a session UUID from this URL in the email).The <LINK REMOVED> site redirects to <LINK REMOVED>  with no additional URL path.Ultimately this fails to work for at least two reasons:<LINK REMOVED>  is not a listed hostname for the communityhub.strava.com https certificate, so my browser complains about a security concern due to the hostname mismatch. <LINK REMOVED>  just shows an “under construction” image and says the page is not currently available.

I am not a fan of the most recent (July 2025) app update ("upgrade") to the maps feature. My map is no longer defaulted to "North up", and I cannot figure out how to get the map to always display in "North up" my default. Anyone know if/where that setting is?

My activities don't show up on my saved routes? How do I fix this, in order to re-use a previous route? 

Yesterday I achieved a 2nd Best Time on a running segment!  I didn’t even know it was there, although I seem to have ran it 5 times this year.   Now I can’t find the segment unless I click on the badge on my activity.   I checked on my iPhone app and on my desktop.   What am I missing? 

Hi, I was trying to build a route but I only get dotted lines and no real routes. Is there a problem somewhere? I've treid other browsers as well, but the problem remains.  

Today I was riding with a friend (both on e-bikes) same route and I have 4 segments missing? I have 6 segments showing to his 10 . Not sure how this can be? Is there anyway of getting these back to compare times etc.  p.s this isn't the first time this has happened  thanks

I have tried everything to fix the issue, logging out, uninstall, turning off my phone nothing works

Since the latest visual update I miss the dots on completed track , which usually marked the completed km s and helped to estimate distance of upcoming destinations. 

Is there a known issue with Apple Ultra 2 not showing mile split pace? All I’m seeing is overall pace, it’s really messing with training. I’m on the annual plan. Attempted to delete app from phone and watch, reboot both devices, problem still persists. Posting here as I’ve had no answer from support on open tickets or Twitter/X about this. Any insight most appreciated. 

Has this happened to anyone else? I logged an activity and checked my fitness score and the entire plot is 10 points lower than it was yesterday.  I even checked a screenshot I had from the beginning of the year and the entire plot for the past 2 years is 10 points lower? cheersbart 

Dear community, I started tracking my power best efforts ever since the feature was introduced in the mobile app a while ago. And today, I came across a really weird finding that to me seems more like a bug than anything else: For a segment I am tracking a lot, my best time is 9:11 avg 357Watts, however, when I look at the power curve of that ride, I see that indeed the 9:11 mark has 357W, but a shorter period 8min has a lower avg power of 354W. How can this be possible? Typically, the power curve graph should be declining with time, but for this ride, between 8 and 9 min marks, it is oscillating up and down.Has anyone experiencing this? And even worst, my best effort for 8min is only 350W Thanks for looking into this. 

How can I delete / remove notifications.  I have 197 that won’t go away!  thanks,Barry

Can I request for a refund? My account on strava auto deduct my gcash and subscribe on its own. Please i need refund 

Pretty much what the title says but until pretty recently in Recover Athletics when you completed an activity you had the option to append it to an existing Stava activity. That seems to have gone now. You can still upload to Strava but why take away the append to activity option...

This should be an option for paying users at the very least. It seems to be a new update today that everyone’s watch is now listed in the first line of their activity. Comes across as overt advertising and Strava trying to make every dollar they can. There’s also legitimate reasons some people wouldn’t want to advertise this (sponsorships, not using a watch someone gifted you, general privacy etc). With all the other things we can customize it feels inconsistent to not be able to edit this. Hoping for a change. Thanks! edit: I’m aware we can probably export the file and re-upload without it being tied to a watch but it shouldn’t have to be that complicated..

When I manually record a run and select the right date, then save the activity, the date shows the previous day when I see it in my activity log. When I try and edit the activity, the date is correct.

I'm new to using Strava challenges, and signed up to the New York running club virtual marathon challenge which is this week.I noticed today that my three runs this week have not accrued to this challenge because I had randomly also joined an Adidas challenge, and my runs have been credited to that challenge instead.I've researched and understand that a single activity can only count towards a single challenge - fair enough. How can I migrate these activities away from the Adidas challenge so they would count towards the New York run club instead?

Why is there no option to hide the device used to record the activity?

“Give a Gift” Subscription is back!The give a gift option is now available again in Strava website and app. You can find it at the top right corner in the webpage dashboard or in the settings page on the Strava Mobile App under the Account section, which is called “Gift a Subscription”. This is one good way to give others the gift of premium features in staying active using Strava.However there is one thing that is missing. It is currently not available in other regions, especially in some areas in the Asia Pacific. Some users might be confused or see it as a bug since upon clicking the Give a Gift button it only redirects you to the homepage or dashboard. This can be a loss to the Strava market, since there is a wide number of user in these regions. Opening this feature to all regions can be a great opportunity for Strava to gain more premium users, especially during this season of giving. 

hi all, i recently re-subscribed, and all of my activities have disappeared from 2021 until now, and my newer activities aren't uploading now! confused! Anyone know how to solve this? TIA

After a recent update, the km markers during an active recording disappeared.  I would love to have these back and go so far as to have them after the activity has been saved.
