Hi, how can I connect my honor band 9 to Strava? Everytime I try it ends with error 403 

Hello everyone, my display has changed overnight. Instead of calories, it now shows carbon dioxide saved. How can I change this back?

I am trying to connect the SailingWatch app to my Strava account, but I keep receiving the following error:403: Exceeded connected athletes limit.Could you please clarify what this error means and advise me on how to resolve it so I can successfully link the app to Strava?Thank you in advance for your support.

Your activity will not have heart rate dataLooks like you still need to allow Strava to process heart rate data. Please do this in the Data Permissions section of Strava settings before you upload your next activity.how to fix it is from coros pace 3 to strava

The Quick Edit is a great feature that makes it easy to quickly edit a recent activity. But it would be even more useful if shoes/gear was part of it. Runners tend to use different shoes for different kind of runs. And tracking the shoe usage is already a great feature but it’s currently a bit annoying to have to do it in so many steps. 

Would anyone do lawn mowing as a Strava activity. I’m sure there would be some great map patterns that would show up as a result 

Hey everyone,My ride got auto-flagged with the message: "Your GPS might have been acting up today..." I've already submitted a support request.Just to clarify, my activity data is totally normal — no speed drifting or GPS issues, and it's backed by full power and heart rate data.I also checked on the website, but I can't find the "refuse flag" button that some people mention. Has that option been removed, or is it just not available for my case?For those who've been in the same boat recently, how long did it take for support to review and fix your activity?Thanks a bunch!

Posting here rather than on the Strava Club post hoping Strava staff will see it. Checking out “New! Adventure at your fingertips – literally” email about the Mobile Route Builder and found a bit of weirdness while trying to set a test route in an area I had a problem with on another platform.  I’ve saved the route if anyone in the support team wants to check it out.  I’m in Mountain Bike Ride mode, I would like to be able to move a route off of singletrack and onto a parallel driveway ( the singletrack isn’t anything special and one end of it is garbage so it’s easier to just use the driveway ).  The problem is you can’t move the point to the driveway.  It keeps bouncing back to the singletrack.  If I try to draw the line by hand it errors with ‘Route could not update.  Try again later.’  Ideally it would follow the green highlight shown below.  The gps coordinates are  39.332827, -76.870197 if you want to see it for yourself.  Maybe I’m doing it wrong?

When i record my outdoor rows, it displays speed and cadence but for some reason it's stopped displaying splits which is the most important but. My Garmin captures and displays this data, and it used to show on strava but doesn't now for some reason. My rowing friends still have it on their activities in strava so it's really odd! Any ideas? 

App show both miles and km measurements. One in parenthesis is something. If I bike XXkm, it could show on app as XXkm(XXmi).

I have tried to report and resolve a flag on my 50k run Sep. 28 and no one has gotten back to me. I tried submitting a follow up ticket and they keep getting marked as resolved. I also deleted the activity and reuploaded it but it’s still flagged and doesn’t give me the option to remove it. Can someone please just remove it? Why is customer service so abysmal for Strava?

Recently, I’ve been posting manual yoga activities through the app, and for some reason the time keeps being changed ahead. For example, if I select that it happened at 8pm, once I post it, the posts shows as 1am. Any tips on how to fix this? I’ve messed with settings on the app and in the website, and I can’t find anything related to how to change timezone.Thank you!

At the bike event night, when waiting to go, my Strava app stopped recording the ride. Tonight I stopped at the gate to open it up, and again the Strava app stopped recording the ride.   With any pause in movement, it appears to finish the ride.

I’ve noticed that in the activity feed, sometimes the activity shows the elapsed time, and other times it shows the moving time.For example, last weekend and this weekend I did bike rides with similar distance and elevation. On both rides I even got a new PR for my longest distance. However, last weekend the feed showed the moving time, while this weekend it displayed the elapsed time.Could you explain why this difference happens, and what determines whether Strava shows elapsed time or moving time in the feed?Could it be related to the fact that this weekend’s ride was a group ride?And finally, is it possible to choose or change which one is displayed?

I am currently seeing dupe activity in Strava that is feeding on into apple health. i see my Runna run and also a standalone run for each run.  Doubling up.  Hilariously one of these runs tells me I am running with… myself. i run with Runna going on my phone and apple’s native tracking on my watch. what can I switch up here?  When I tried running with Runna on my watch, it failed to track me on gps for half the run and didn’t give me any in ear coaching.  When I switched off native on my watch I got no heart rate data? anyone got hints on how to make this work?

Hello,I would like to use my new Zepp watch to record my activities and then upload them to Strava.The instructions read for step 3: Tap unlink...I am unable to find the unlink button.I’m not that technically inclined. I've tried using the stava app on my OnePlus 3 watch, both times the distance logged is incorrect. The last outing says I only rowed 6m although the maps certainly shows I've rowed more and my friend who's also rowed with me seems to have the correct distance. Have I set my preferences incorrectly? Anyone has this issue and can help?

Huawei Health smimming time doesn't match with Strava when data is synchronized. The activity time matches but pace data differ. Strava adds additional time thus showing slower pace. Does anyone know about this issue?

Hey all, I’ve been paying for a subscription since early August through Apple subscriptions, but the issue is that this isn’t reflected on my account in the app. It still tells me to upgrade, and my support ticket has gone unanswered for two weeks.. After doing some investigation, it looks like the subscription was applied to an old account of mine that was created through the Apple sign in option. The account I use now was created through the FB sign in option.Is there any way this can be remedied?

I would like to suggest a “Delete All Text” button in the automatic form after an activity.The main reason here is to customize the activity since now I have to manually delete all the automatic text. My suggestion is to add a “Delete Text” button (like in the screenshot in blue) to facilitate this. Thank you for considering this! 

So I have been seeing this issue which started about 2 months back. Basically, when I upload a third party app generated GPX ride file to Strava (manually), strava forgets about my manually selected bike. I could see the bike show up in my ride acitivity page but give it 1 minute and a web page fresh would have my ride set to no bike selected. I have been editing my rides recently to make sure the selected bike sticks. It is pretty annoying. No discussions I saw online talk about this. Strava support told me they have no solution to that and I should ask in the community. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m not getting the “Strava Power Skills” feature on my Android app.  Just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no Power Skills.  How do I get it.  (I’m subscribed and have subscribed for many years. All rides the past 6 years have had PMs.)

What on earth has happened to route planner. Used to be a great tool. Now almost unusable.  

In the Android app there's an animation when i give kudos. How can I disabled them? They are annoying.
