Has anybody here get a successful refund after unauthorized subscription charge? Thanks for the answer! They are very unresponsive.

I did not click or confirm any subscription this year, yet my bank account was charged for a one-year Strava subscription this happened today (September 26,2025)I hope this issue can be addressed, as the amount charged is important for covering my medical expenses.Thank you for your understanding

So, I’ve noticed a new “feature” when recording a biking session on the iWatch.  And I can’t figure out how to turn it off.  Help please!When I start recording a biking session from my iWatch for the first little bit everything is good with the display (watch face).  I can look down and see my distance, speed, etc.  But after a while this new screen shows up that says something to the effect of, “we’ll show you your data when you are completing a known segment” (it’s not exactly this -- I don’t stop to look).  I can get back to the “normal” screen by swiping up or down (can never recall), except when I have gloves on like this morning.  This “feature” is driving me crazy.  It’s really a safety issue -- who wants to be fiddling with their watch WHILE THEY ARE BIKING.  Strava, give me a way to turn this off!

I often see on Leader board segments that I'm outside the top 10, but the place on the board says 5th or 6th or similar. Why? I've checked it by "this year" or age or weight or men only etc, and on none of the refined boards am i in 6th.  

I run quite some PR segments today, but almost none has been recognized with PR icon. There is few 3rd places icons missing as well. I can't create routes anymore because the tour planner is constantly having problems, it doesn't capture road points, and it wastes time. It is impossible to create a normal route. I recently had to change the app to create routes, but it makes no sense to be a subscriber and not be able to create my own routes. Does this happen to you too?

Hello riders 😀 !There's a suspicious rider cheating his way to KOM's by mainpulating gpx files & editing them through 3rd party or web to change his segment time for the KOMs.here are my points to back up my claim.1> Riders taken back to back 9 koms with in 13 days on climbs ranging 3-12% average gradient, no recovery , no rest between high intensity efforts & no structural training is there.2> No use of any sensors , no clipless shoes only flat sports shoes are used,the pictures never match the time of the ride & expressions never justify the high intensity efforts.3> On analysing gpx files through web, riders data never matches with other riders data on the leader board, the online gpx tool exports gpx reports as PDF for everyone who's on the leaderboard but his report comes as a PHP file.4> Rider has  an obsession with being at number 1 one the board and almost every ride is a KO

I am using a polar pacer watch to track my runs. Then I sync it with Strava. surprisingly the data does not match btw polar and Strava. If synching I am assuming that the data from polar is basically just pushed to Strava - so basically a copy paste of the data from polar. But this is not the case and the Strava data shows different pace per km which is really weird. i don’t have my mobile with me during the run - only my

like hiking, trail run, backcountry skiing.  this should then factor into relative effort, especially for ascending and descending.  heart rate is not everything and does not adequately reflect work that muscles perform, especially anaerobically.   

I have a Galaxy Fit 3. I have been running outside and I works perfectly; but when I run inside on a treadmill an choos treadmill for the workout on my Galaxy Fit; Stava does not pick up this workout. I thouct I had a problem with the connection between Samsung Health and Strava, but today I was running outside again at all worked as it sound. So why does Strava not pick up the workout from Samsung Health when I use treadmill in the Helth app?

Hi Strava,I just wanted to let you know that I've discovered a bug/error in the Strava app.All my activities show "Athlete Intelligence." A short summary of my walk/hike/bike ride performance.Now, for my last bike ride, it says I broke my personal bests in two segments. Looking at all the segments of that ride, I improved nine segment times, not just two.For other cycling activities, where the AI ​​also displays notifications about the segments of the ride, it says "multiple segments" or "segments such as x and x."So, not every activity clearly shows the number of improved segments. One of my favorite apps and a key part of my daily life. However, the app stopped working on the Apple Ultra 3 watch.  The activities will initiate the three second rundown to start, but then the watch face is basically blank during the activity. I’m guessing they have a bug with Apple’s newest watch.

Hi! My polar flow app doesnt sync with my strava. I don't know what happen because everything was okay last week.I see polar flow connection at the Strava website (my apps) but I can't see anything in my Strava app at my devices. Can you help what happened and why? Can you help me with solution? I've uninstalled Strava, installed it again, restarted my phone and refreshed Strava. Still not syncing. 

This past week my strava widget showing my weekly total has been a blank black square. Is this happening to anyone else? I see on the community thread this was previously marked as “resolved,” but it is not! SOS.

How can I connect my huawei band 10 to strava keeps saying error like this.  

Hi,  I have the free version of the app.  I prefer to see my average (AVG) speed when I walk/run/faint.  Until today, as shown above,  the app would display my "AVG SPEED" (just above 3.6) while I walked.  I try to maintain this speed.  Today, as shown above, the app displays my live SPEED as I walked (above 3.6..no more AVG SPEED). Does anyone know how I can get the AVG SPEED to be constantly displayed instead of my live SPEED?  Thank you 

I was a little surprised that so much of my training was in Z2 when I expected more in Z1. However, upon further, investigation there seems to be something very wrong with the algorithm calculating time in each zone. I edited my HR zones several times, including making the Z2 range 175-176bpm (should be a very small amount of time spent at such a small & high range) and and no matter what it said I spent around 44 hours in Z2. It is mathematically impossible for me to spend 66% of my time at 175-176bpm and 67% of my time at 144-157bpm (see screenshots).  

Today, I started a recording session and confirmed that Strava was showing my starting heart BPM on my phone.  I put my phone in my pocket.  3.5 miles later, at my halfway point, I took my phone out of my pocket and instructed Google to take a screenshot, which captured my then current BPM.  A few seconds later, I saw the BPM display go to ZERO.This is not the first time I have experienced Strava losing the connection to my chest band, so I expected to see the BPM data from only the first half of the activity.  But when I completed the full activity and got home and looked at the data, I saw that I have completely LOST ALL the recorded BPM data.I don’t even see half of it as I expected.How can Strava lose 50% of an activities heart data?Is this a new Strava feature?

For some time I have questioned Strava average speed as incorrect. I have read many comments about the different algorithm used for moving time because my Wahoo shows a quicker average speed. I carry my phone with me albeit not using Strava and have accepted it is as simple as a different algorithm. That was until i left my phone at home. When I synced the ride…. guess what? Strava is slower. I have lost faith in the Strava app / GPS output and it now seems justified.

Lately when I try to create a route starting from the neighborhood road in front of my house, it automatically jumps the route onto the nearby golf course cart path. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?  

When I click “Edit Activity”, change the activity type, and then click “Update Activity”, and then click “Edit Activity” afterwards, the activity tag disappears. This has become quite annoying since I regularly will edit an activity more than once, especially one that I would give the “Workout” activity tag.

After changing the title, strava displays entirely different type of data: moving time changes to elapse time, pace (important in rowing) is gone and cannot be displayed at all. I don’t change anything except the title. Does any one have any similarexperience?

Seeing some very weird anomalies lately with mapping: In the first image, this was a short, 6 mile run that was saved.  Upon returning to my saved routes, not only did it save a Trans-Atlantic run - the distance was way short.     In the second image, there is a missing “link” between the street and the path (not the issue).  To navigate this, I switched to manual mode and clicked on the path.  A wormhole opened and added 12409.62 miles to my run - a bit further than I’d hoped on this route.  In reality, this was probably no more than 10 yards.  This has happened on numerous occasions both in manual and automatic mapping mode where waypoints that should be about a mile add hundred or thousands of miles.   I have run into several occasions lately where maps will “spin” on updating and become
