I just purchased new pair of Sonic Cat shoes and they don't seem to be on strava yet. Can you please add them.

When opening a map i can see the map and rout but no names of streets or locations, cities etc

Hi,yesterday I bought family subscribtion for me, my girlfriend and my family. But I was unable to add them. I am from Slovakia, but i work in Austria, so I am using Strava in both countries. Before I purchase Family plan, I changed my location to Slovakia.Can you help me to solve my problem?I just need to change my location to Slovakia deep in my Strava aplication..Thanks for support and have a nice day,Matej.

The training log recent got changed so that its sorted with later activities in each day are on top and morning activities are on the bottom.  This is opposite how it was, and how every other calendar works - morning hours are near the top and the days activities progress down the page.  Flipping this in the Training Log makes it read upside down from my calendars where the activities are planned/scheduled.Whats worse is that the activities are now left justified. The bubbles are centered relative to the text title of each activity, but the length of the title pushes the bubbles to the right or left so the activities for each day are no longer center aligned in columnar fashion. For days with many activities that vary in title length it creates a snaking list which can sometimes come close enough to other days activities that its confusing as to which column it actually belongs in.  Center justified was easy, lokk up and down under the Date and see a clean list of activities

Provo a dare il consenso ma ricompare ACCESSO NEGATO. Ho provato anche associando il cardiofrequenzimetro all'app STRAVA: in diretta i dati vengono visualizzati ma terminata l'attività spariscono e non vengono visualizzati nello storico. Chi sa darmi delle indicazioni? GrazieGood evening. I have a Strava annual subscription, linked to a Garmin account. Since September 9th, Strava has stopped showing my heart rate monitor data. I tried to enable it, but ACCESS DENIED appears again. I also tried pairing my heart rate monitor with the STRAVA app: the data is displayed live, but once the activity is over, it disappears and isn't displayed in my history. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.

I was searching using the activity search on the web interface for some of my activities on the Goat Creek trail that I sometime use a ‘🐐’ character in the description of and I wasn’t finding anything.I tried on the android client instead and the search worked as expected.Looking further on the web version I noted that search for a ‘🐑’ instead turned up the one of the several activities I had with a ‘👻’ character in its title.I suspect the web search has an issue with byte conversion or/and utf-16 surrogate clipping of some kind...

I can't find the option to delete this account on community hub. I want to keep my strava but do not need this site anymore pls help

It would be nice to have more options about what to show in the main feed in the activity highlight. For example: if I go on a run that has on average 101ft per mile run of elevation gain, the total elevation gain of the run shows in the feed highlight, otherwise it does not. Having more granular control over what is shown by default for each activity type would be nice.  Right now it seems determined by activity tagging, for example, indoor cycling vs ride.  For indoor cycling the power is shown in the feed, otherwise you have to drill down. There is no way to know these rules without experimentation and no way to control them right now. Also I've noticed recently some activities are not showing the total moving duration unless you drill down into the specific details, even with no segments or achievements.

I hate to have to take things to this measure, but I feel the only way to actually get a response and assistance from Strava is to make a post. On August 18th, I purchased the Strava + Runna bundle subscription. I am running my first half marathon in December, and was excited to use these tools to help maximize my training for someone who is not entirely confident in creating a plan on my own. However, when I purchased the subscription, it would not show up on my Strava account OR my Runna account, but the subscription shows up on my apple purchases, AND the money was taken out of my account. I submitted a ticket taht same day, and waited. 10 days later, I had still not been contacted, so I submitted another ticket on August 28th, believing maybe it was simply overlooked. A week went by, and I STILL heard nothing, so I submitted a third ticket on September 7th, pleading for help. Route I mostly RunNow 3KM shorter due to not recording correctly.

Why sometimes, when you create a segment,you get a leaderboard, but if you slightly edit it afterwards you get no leaderboard? i undretsand there might need some time to be updates, but in few segments, noone was ever added after i edited it, although there were around 12 peopl in it when i firstly created it.

Some of the segments i ve created, do not appear on the map. While others, do appear. I have everything public, no spots hidden from the map. all permissions are checked. 

I’d like to incorporate the Global Heatmap data into recreation and conservation planning efforts in USA.  Is this possible?  Is there someone I could speak with to discuss it?

Please get rid of the strava features, challenges and adverts from the homepage.  I don't need to see these, I want to see what everyone else is doing, not what challenges there are. At least make these optional or in a drop down box or something.  I will not renew my subscription if these remain. 

Hey all, I used to love sharing my activity map with the “Save Image” feature on the app.Now when I do that the title and activity stats are considerably bigger than before and often cover up the name of the city. I can save a transparent version of the stats that would allow me to make them smaller but unfortunaley I can’t save the map on its own. Any idea’s appreciated, I wish Strava had never changed from the old smaller title. It was perfect. Thanks

Hello,I completed a bike ride of 100.1 km, and when I finished the route, I shortened it by 0.1 km. But when the route updated, it now only shows 55.97 km. I lost half of my ride and I can’t manage to recover it. What should I do? Could we restore the original route? Is this an option available in the paid version?Thank you.Eric.

No one needs to see zwift rides in their feed.  They should be excluded or an option to remove them.  

For some reason, my heart rate and cadence data flatline about two thirds of the way through my runs.  I’m using an Amazfit watch which relays the data to the Zepp app whihc then syncs with Strava.  The data is accurate on the Zepp app but not on Strava.  Has anyone see this happen before? 

I have completed more than 1000 bike rides with Strava in the last few years.  I record them with my Samsung A13 phone.  This has always had reliable GPS that accurately records my rides.  I also record the rides on my watch, which doesn’t have as good GPS accuracy as the phone (it “wobbles” a few metres occasionally), but it has the benefit of recording heartrate.  If I go somewhere new and want to create a couple of new Segments I do it using the Activity as recorded on the phone, as the GPS data is better.  To avoid duplicating the recordings, I usually delete the phone version after a day or so (unless I forgot to tighten my watch-strap which causes the heart-rate to under-read and be meaningless !).  This methodology has worked well for several years.However, for the last 3 rides I notice that all the recordings on my phone show small spikes about every 15 seconds or so (for the whole ride) that make them unsuitable for using as a basis for new Segments.  The watch data

Hi !I’ve found what seems to be a bug on my training log on the Strava App for iOS : my training log (in French : journal d’entraînement / I don’t know what is the name in English) doesn’t show any activities anymore.I tried to hit refresh and it doesn’t work. On desktop mode, everything is ok. But on the App, nothing seems to work anymore in the training log. I tried updating the App and logout/login but the issue’s still there.I’ll appreciate if someone can tell me if that’s just me or a wider known bug !Thanks !

Receive the option to use a new screen / interface to record an activity this morning. Wanted to share some early feedback. (iPhone app user, UK based.)Positives:Great to see the time & distance on the map screen. No more switching between screens to know how far I’ve travelled while following a route. This is a huge improvement and outweighs all the other items below. Thank you! Good to have an easily visible option to add a route at the start of my ride.Negatives:Strange to see ~20% of the bottom of the screen permanently occupied with a huge Pause button and a Send Beacon Text option. I don’t want to pause while I’m moving. In fact, I definitely don’t want to accidentally pause while I’m trying to use a map feature on the move. Is there any way to make the Pause option only appear when I’m standing still? Or at least make it smaller? Send Beacon Text is a great option but I don’t need to see it permanently. If I ch

I’m getting political club info in my feed (cycle for this politician or that one) and I’d really like an option to block these. I like Strava for data and motivation, not more hate-messaging. There’s enough of that in every other app. 

I had an active streak of 59 weeks. I have uploaded an activity - but the streak did not change to active (having the flame turn to orange).In this support article I read that every activity during a week (starting Monday, ending Sunday) should count towards the streak. I can confirm that all of my activities have been 60 seconds or longer.
