I invite you to look at the Meije on the Strava map.France, North of the Massif des Ecrins, SE of Grenoble.This mountain is funny, especially in 3D 😂 (bugged, main summit is turned down and makes a 1000 meters hole instead… digging to 2800m instead of the 4000m it should have)

I have a Garmin heart monitor that goes around my chest, and when it's connected to my Garmin bike computer I can see my heart rate. After I finished my ride I saw the heart rate data on Garmin Connect. But when it was transferred over to Strava the heart rate data wasn't there. Does anybody know how I can fix this so I can have the heart rate data on Strava as well?

Sou assinante pagante e desde o dia 12/09/2025 estou enfrentando um problema. Realizei uma corrida de 5 km com tempo de 28:47 (tempo de movimento) que deveria ser registrada como meu novo RP1. Porém, o Strava não atualizou corretamente e continua mostrando apenas recordes anteriores. Já abri múltiplos tickets de suporte, mas todos foram fechados automaticamente sem solução. Estou anexando prints que comprovam o erro. I’m recovering from a stroke, so can only walk, but if I go into My Activites I only see distance and time,  I t would be useful to have Average speed too,  and for me,  Average Pace length

I use Fenix 6S to record my outdoor rowing. Sometimes it shows up in training log as a row but most times just as 'workout'.  I can't figure out why it does this as I follow exact same steps each time.Screenshot example shows 28Jul 17k row in Blue but 29Jul is also a row but showing small grey dot and no distance.  This happens most of the time and there are plenty more examples.  (11, 12 and 13 Jul are all rows). This makes the training log useless for me. 

I walk, take a bus or train, then restart to walk. I would like Strava to calculate only the part where I walk but I didn’t find a solution except start-finish and then start-finish a second time. And then add the 2 distances, the 2 times,… and how can I handle the average bmp and the rest? I tried using Pause during my bus/train use, but Strava still considers that I walked during the Pause and add the m or km to the total. I don’t want that! 

Bonjour,J'ai un problème : Sur mon profil j'existe 3 fois.J'explique rapidement, Je suis dans un groupe de 3 personnes mais malheureusement les 3 personnes c'est moi même.Donc lorsque je fais une activité j'ai 3 activités qui apparaissent.Donc cela fausse complètement tout.Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?Même en quittant le groupe ça ne fonctionne pas.Merci à tous. 

My runs keep being flagged and I keep being removed from leaderboards. There is nothing wrong with the way I am logging runs and nothing inappropriate is happening when I'm logging or running. After I run I get a flag and I've no idea why. I don't seem to be able to remove the flag and I've logged it three times, the chatbot is useless and I've had no response from strava. Please help.

Hi runners,I cancelled my subscription as my partner suggested we join the family plan. However, when she sends me the invititation, the page reads that i cannot join the plan and need to live in the same country.We are both set to the same city and country in our Strava profiles. Did anybody else encounter this problem? Any solutions? Thank you guys! It somehow feels a bit demotivating to run and not have my premium features.Kind regards,JJ

HelloSince version 428.0.1 of the Strava app on iOS, the power zones graphs are corrupted it looks like Z6-7 is displayed as Z1, Z5 is displayed as Z3…Anybody else experienced this so far? 

Can anyone help? Until last week I had no problem.  When I share a route now, no one can open it.  It says 'app link' in the link I share and I know it needs to have route in it.  They only way I can share a route  is through strava messages! I follow my brother and he follows me. He is a subscriber. Recently he posted a screenshot of the map of his last activity, swimming in a lake. I accessed Strava to have a better look of it but HE DOESN’T have any activity! 

I’m trying to plan a circular running route. It works well until the route comes close to the finishing point, when it automatically reroutes to take the shortest distance between the two, undoing all the planning I’ve done. I tried inserting lots of waypoints to force it to stick to the route I want, but it has a mind of its own

My app interface is in Italian. But now when I record an activity instead of Passeggiata mattutina I have Morning walk. All the activities’s titles are in English. 

the commute flag is not saving when editing an activity from the https://www.strava.com/athlete/training page. 

I’m thinking of moving from a Garmin to an Apple watch ultra.  On my Garmin its pretty easy to sync routes and segments from strava over to Garmin connect, then maps and segments all sync down to my watch and are well integrated  with the watches cycle tracking app.I’m trying to workout how this would work on the apple watch, given the strava watch app doesnt support mapping, I think I need something like Komoot for GPX routes (shared from others on strava).  For live segments I would need the strava app, and there is the native apple workout app. Which of the 3 apps do you use to start/stop etc?How do all these apps wort at the same time?  Can you easily switch between them?Are there other options for cyclists?  All I want to do is be able to follow routes and have live segments are working the same time like on my Garmin.

I would like to suggest adding a new activity type and gear option – namely “Stroller Run” – which I believe would be very useful and motivating for many parents who are also athletes.The need and benefit* Many parents, myself included, combine training with stroller running. As stated in the title, every time I save a new activity, a group with myself is created. How to fix?

In the past, I’ve been able to change the organizer of the club events on the strava club I help run. The purpose is to let people know who is the ride leader for that club event. I am unable to now change it on the website. There is no menu for it. 

I was confused when i finished my running program today, I finished the 13200 program in pace 4:50-5:00, and my stopwatch results was 15:41, while the finish time on Strava was 15:07, DUDE?! This app took 34 seconds off me? Please fix it.

Is there a bug on the Pace Zones? My p/km numbers changed drastically today and the variation is vast in values on Zone 1-3 and displays the same values (<5:33-5:33) from.Zone 4-6. Something is just off. *I meant Pace Zone Bug in the topic. Unable to edit...
