I can no longer connect My sigma software (sigma data center)  with strava on one of my computers.

The “log in” button does not work (nor do any of the other buttons for that matter)

On my other computer I’m still connected, and syncing still works.

Contacted Sigma, who say they no longer give support for their software….

I’ve tested it with a 3rd PC, that never had the software installed before, and  the same problem occurs.

Is there any workaround / fix for this ?

There won’t be a real solution, because Sigma won’t update their old software and Strava won’t modify their login page so that old software can work with it again.

The only way I see is to export the Sigma activity from the data center into a file, then convert the file into fit or gpx and upload the converted file to Strava.

Hi @Noge,

I'm not using this app so I don't have any personal experience, however:

this article https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/224289627-SIGMA-and-Strava points to an app in the appstore that got an update 1 day ago, meaning it's being actively maintained by the developer.

When I opened the developer's website and tried to find support for the “sigma datacenter”, it pointed me here: https://help.sigmasport.com/en/

So that might be a good place to start.

Thanks Jana

Unfortunately I have a Rox 7.0 which is not compatible with their phone app  :-(

Does the normal login in www.strava.com work on the new computers?

Yes strava works without problem .

i also use strava on my phone and apple watch . no problems at all.

It’s just that the sigma software can’t make a connection to strava in order to sync.

the screen that pops up (see screenshot here above) is completely irresponsive

I revoked access in strava (under “my apps”) and then tried to reconnect Sigma again..
But now even the PC that previously was connected, can no longer reconnect….

I was able to connect the same sigma device with Kommoot, I am not trying to troll Strava here. Something must have changed in Strava log in API so it just does not work anymore.
