Earlier, when I clicked on "Share", I used to see multiple options — one with only stats, one with map and stats, etc. But now I can see only one option, which is the transparent one.I have made the activity visible to everyone and removed all privacy restrictions, but it still shows only one sharing option. 

I see many old requests and ideas about additional updates and functionality for the Strava Wear OS App that has been closed as “Not planned” while they seem reasonable and important.For me they are a dealbreaker from converting fully to Strava Premium.Customizable screen: With more/other datafields Automatic lap (based on distance or even time) Map view Routes to follow on watchWhat is happening with the Wear OS app? Are You guys committed to it and planning to update it? 😊

I'm doing thousands of miles a year touring different countries. It's even the reason I bought a Strava subscription. Most of my net miles are done touring yet there is no touring tag.  Why is this?

I can't mention someone in an activity comment using the App but it works when on website. If there is user restriction to not be mentioned, why it works on website?

Why are the global heatmaps now limited to 13 months of data? I am not sure when it changed but previously the global heatmaps data went back multiple years. Losing this functionality severely hampers route building for hiking, mountain biking, etc. An option to filter the timeframe for global heatmaps which is available for personal heat maps should be available and it should provide heatmap data that goes back as far as possible.

I can't see my saved routes on the app. Haven't been able to see them for a couple of weeks. I just get a wheel of doom circling, but nothing loads. 

Hello. Today I ran with my <galaxy watch 5> 10,52 km on 1h 12min moving time with 6'51"/km pace using Samsung Health, what is connected with Strava where this activity result was only 5,16 km on 13min 6 sec moving time with 2'32" / km pace.  What the problem, why this difference?

Hello, When reading several topics on watts shown on strava vs in garmin connect, I can see now how you can detect if power meter is used or not in Strava data. Now when checking power data ( average over complete ride ) this is slightly different compared to garmin. Does it mean Strava makes it own calculation? And if so why does Strava makes it own calculation when data is available via Garmin Connect. BrKris

Hi all, I am a new Strava user and am recording my daily Camino de Santiago hikes on Strava. I connected my Garmin (where I recorded parts of the hike, but not the whole thing) at the beginning. a few days in, I noticed that my Strava activities have been overwritten with some incorrect data, which I. An only assume is coming from the partial garmin recordings. When I first recorded and saved these activies in Strava, the data was different and more accurate. For instance, one hike that originally showed 28km and my full elevation gain over the day now only shows 8km, although the title & attached pictures are all the same.  is there a way to restore my original Strava data for these corrupted activities? If so, how?  thanks 

Hello,Did Strava change its method to calculate relative effort ? H there, I ge ta fitness and freshness graph fine when I select relative effort, but when I select power I get nothing.  Why is this?   I have been riding with power meters for a couple of years now ...

I connected my "gymbook" app to apple health today for the fist time and now my workout is not showing on Strava at all. I have search for the workout everywhere on strava, but no luck. it is showing on my apple fitness though.How do I get the workouts to register on Strava?

Hi there, I downloaded Strava in Switzerland but whenever I attempt to change the location, it would only let me change the city and the state, but never the country, so it always gives me something like “NY, United States, Switzerland”. My ride on 11th November 2020 has been flagged as not legitimate, including a few KOMs I believe that I was very proud of. I saw on a ride today revisiting these roads that the efforts were excluded, I'll be looking into more of my rides to see if this problem has occured more often. As a keen Strava cyclist and KOM fiend I've always been careful to crop anything if it gets left running. As you may understand, us racers can go out on a chilled ride and sprint up those hills with a tailwind to bring home the KOM to make our lives feel worthwhile for a short moment ;D . I hope you can help me out as a long term Strava devotee haha, thank you

Good morning,I hope you are doing well. I was wondering if you could add a feature that allows you to thank followers globally. For example, I have the usual 19 to 23 people that have given me support as I exercise daily. I thank them as I respond but I don't know if they all get the thanks. 2 ways you can solve this. First, you can add code that will send an update to everyone that gives Kudos to an athlete if they respond with a thank you. It can be similar to the Microsoft Team feature where the ​@Everybody feature gets activated. The second way could be a feature that allows you to globally send to specific people and groups by selecting them from ✔️ box in your settings. The feature could be enabled to send to individuals and groups equals true. If you want me to help please let me know. I haven't coded in a while but always willing to dust of the skills. While I am finding the feedback at individual run level interesting, I feel that if the feedback (intelligence)  looked more at blocks of runs it would be of way more value..

Has anyone else purchased the Strava + Runna subscription and has not been able to sync the Runna subscription? I have tried deleting both apps, logging out and back in, reaching out to support for both companies and have gotten no helpful response. My phone shows the Runna and Strava accounts syncing, but when I get on the Runna app it says I do not have a subscription. I’ve submitted a ticket to Support for Strava and haven’t heard anything for days, and have been talking to Runna support as well to no avail. I am so frustrated because I just dropped $150 for such a limited support team response and no idea if I’m going to be able to set up the Runna subscription. If anyone has had a similar experience and has resolved this issue please let me know.

Hi Strava, my activity yesterday was recorded incorrectly. It's showing the wrong distance, incorrect paces, and obviously incorrect PRs. I ran 9k but it says I ran 39k!! at a pace faster than the best in the world 🤦🏽‍♀️. This is messing up all my training data. Is there a way to fix this?" I've been using Strava for years, and recently I've been using the app for my runs because my watch isn't working properly. For the last few days, I've noticed that the distances in the app are always shorter than what I actually run. It seems very strange that it's giving me these numbers, especially since my profile shows my current pace is around 7 😅. Look the map, thats a small park 😁 . I'm really embarrassed that they think I was in a car.

Hello - My ticket number is #3034516.  I have not heard back from support and am looking for some help.  I purchased a subscription (and have had my credit card charged), but it is not showing up on my main strava account.  I think it has something to do with using apple pay and the e-mail on my apple pay is an old strava account.  Any help would be great!

Since the latest app update the ‘create route’ section is unusable for me. I select the start point near my house and select the the next point about 100yds away and the map automatically moves my start point somewhere else that isn’t a public road and creates a route that isn’t correct. This happens all the time now and wasn’t an issue before. Is anyone else having this problem? [screenshots provided]
