I signed up for the September 50K for the Canadian cancer society. I can't figure out how to find it.

I have Just completed a 5.06k run and set a new PB of 22:48, I tracked this on my garmin forerunner on a 5k route I run regularly so I know it is the correct distance. I have stopped my strava on my phone and the activity is down as 5.75k with a 5k time of 19:30. I have tried editing the 5k time but it will not save, usually I would just delete the activity in the gps is wrong but it is a 64 second PB so would just like to know if anybody knows a way I can make it right before deleting it?Kind regards.

The update a few months ago has really diminished my enjoyment of Strava. I have always enjoyed trying the ‘road less travelled’, especially out in rural areas where the previous version seemed to be very good at showing the more adventurous routes that other runners had taken. It’s not just that Strava have divided up the routes into various activities. Even when I have systematically gone through all the options (including hiking and gravel bikes) some routes that were previously shown have disappeared and the only routes that are still shown are the very obvious ones. Come on Strava, bring back the sense of adventure! Global heat maps has become a fairly redundant function. Also it would help if you used a colour that contrasted better with the map. Pale blue on top of pale cool colours that are used for the maps are hard to read 

Is totally hidden on the app version. Why is that?

August 24, 2025 at 10 in te evening, 1,500php was automatically deducted to my Gcash. I noticed it on the morning of Aug 25 and cancelled it immediately. When will I get a refund? 

I don’t know what Strava is attempting to achieve with their maps/routes feature, but currently its horrible and I find it very difficult to follow routes via the app.  Strava has INTENTIONALLY made an app that doesn’t talk to my watch- and wants us to run our apps and watches independently.  When I’m at run club at NIGHT and I’m DOWNTOWN trying to follow a route I did not personally create the last thing I want to do is keep taking my phone out. I also don’t want to memorize a random route.  I WANT my watch to mirror the route to me- I WANT my watch to give me map cues like my google maps do that gives me a small vibration and tells me a turn is coming up.  WHY does my Strava app and my apple watch not run at the same time? WHY would I want to track a run on my watch and my app separately? It is UNSAFE for Strava to allow people to create routes and then make those routes so challenging to follow.  Why is this unsafe? BUG?I have an annual running distance goal of 1000km. I am a paid subscriber. If I look at my progress, Strava reports that I have done 729.3km on a little widget on the left hand side of the dashboard (via the browser on a laptop)If I total the running kilometers by looking at the Training Log (runs only) then adding each of them up in 2025 totals just 664.7km. A difference of 65km! One possible cause is when my watch sync’s with Strava it adds as a run and I have to later change to a walk - It would seem if this is the case the ‘goals’ should automatically re-calculate. Please fix this bug as now I don’t trust the ‘Goal’ anymore. Thanks,Martin

I did a ride a ride at 8.12 this morning and returned home at 12.30, the ride loaded to Garmin app okay but hasn’t uploaded to Strava.I know there’s been issues overnight and a fix was put in place however the issue seems to have remained.is anyone else still experiencing issues loading up to Strava?

I have tried several times to import my Ride workout with no success. i see it on my Health Fitness app, i never see it on Strava app. I have logged out, logged on and tried to Import, no success!I have removed my App from my iPhone and reinstalled, went through the steps to click on Import when i see it and still nothing.  I have tried to create a Support ticket here but looks like they dont allow that?

Anyone else still hate this new share activity?This font is too big hiding the map and the last one "paste link sticker here" is useless. The only good thing is the TRANSPARENT sticker. Please Strava go back to the last version or at least let it available for us  to choose  which one to use. 

I have encountered a problem with the activity crop tool on the latest release of the Android app.When I decide to crop some parts of an activity (only tryed the end so far), much more of the activity than I have selected gets cropped.This one (Lunch Hike | Hike | Strava) I tryed to crop away the last 2 minutes and instead the last 3 hours where removed.This one (Morning Walk | Walk | Strava) I selected to remove the last minute, but the last 2 hours disappeared.The crop tool was working fine when I used it in the past (not more that 2 months ago last time).Please fix it (had help me recove what I lost). Thanks,Giovanni

I have just written a blog and had to manually download the pics and data to put in  the blog. Is there a tool that can extract a blob of data including pictures data etc ? Hello,IF SOMEONE READING THIS, It's possible they refund the amount of money they deduct by online payment (GCASH) I'm so frustrated it's for my tuition fee please help me😭 may I please receive an update regarding my request for a refund? I really had no plan to continue the subscription after the free trial ended since I only subscribed in the first place to try the app while jogging. I think I just used it once but I have no recorded activity whatsoever. I forgot to cancel the subscription before the free trial ended. The money used was supposed to be my allowance for school, so I apologize if I am about to cause an inconvenience on your end; I hope you can oblige my request for a refund. Thank you.

I don’t see an intuitive section to place this topic, so I’m putting in the Strava Features Chat.I'm using Windows 10 on the latest Chrome browser. I’m trying to view my activity history. My questions / weird observations are in bold.I navigate to my profile, scroll down and find the drop down to change the date range. The dates shown are Aug 12 2024 - Aug 11 2025. First, today is Aug 17, 2025, so where is the past week? Perhaps it’s only counting full weeks… confusing, but whatever.I scroll down and I do see my recent activities from this week. I scroll further down to look for more activities and I don’t see any activities older than Aug 11, 2025. No option to load more activities. So, where are my activities prior to Aug 11, 2025? I know they are there because I see them in the mobile app.I click on the drop down and change the dates to Aug 14, 2023 to Aug 12, 2024, the activities change as expected. How do I disable unrequested historical (i.e. out of sequence) runs from showing up in my feed? I was taken by surprise by this and found it confusing. My expectation as a user would be to have a “show fewer posts like this” choice next to the post, or a clear toggle in settings. This is distracting and makes me want to use the app less. I’m sure some people like this feature, but I imagine some may find it similarly distracting and antithetical to the way we use the app. 

Hello, I’ve reached out to the Strava support team multiple times and submitted several tickets regarding a refund request. Unfortunately, it’s been quite a few days, and I haven’t received any response apart from an automatic bot reply. I’ve also checked my junk folder regularly, but still no updates. I’m really hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue. Your help would be much appreciated. Can someone escalate this one quickly?

I had a fall in my last run closer to the finish line  at exactly 4.95k of the 5k parkrun. I obviously was in no position to stop my garmin as I was in pain and being tended to by kind runners before I was driven to hospital. Strava shows the total time was 1 hour and the moving time 37 something. How can I remove the non moving time so the run reflects what truly happened? 

Hi, yesterday as usually i went runnig, and opened my strava app. I saw that i am logget out, so i logged in with my email, but my account was empty, no activity history, nothing. Looks like someone came to my account and changed email or something. I found that I cannot share my own ride maps in facebook but I can share others. It is strange.For myself:  For Others:Share others rides It looks the action is incorrect.

I appear to have lost all data on my iPhone, I’ve logged into my Strava account and it says that my account is a free even though I have a subscription and recently renewed it! I’ve had to re follow friends and today I uploaded some data and it shows that I have a new account??!! All my previous data still shows on my iPad apart from today’s activity! How do I restore everything back to my phone? It appears that a new account has been opened but I’ve done nothing to open one! Any ideas of what to do?
