I had an annual membership that I started through Strava, not a third party, I cancelled that a couple months before I was charged again. I was still charged and I show a free membership. Contacted support over a week ago, replied to the email and noting from Strava. I am going to contact my bank and mark this as fraud. I will never pay for another membership or use Strava again. A company is only as good as its support,    

I am unable to give kudos using my iPhone. I can tap the kudos icon, it turns orange, but when i refresh the screen, the kudos has disappeared, and I do not show in the list of kudos givers.If I attempt to like a comment someone has made, I get an error message - ‘something went wrong, please try again’.I am able to give kudos and likes from a PC, although I suspect that I am being limited to the number of kudos in a period of time.Any ideas or reasons would be appreciated

Please add “Noosa” brand of running shoes. I just bought a pair of Noosa TRI 16s. Please let me know when they’ve been added so I can edit how I entered them at this time. This may be an Asics brand, but that’s not what the box says.Thank you,Vern Martin

 Hello! i have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial.Today when I checked my account was charged 1year subscription! 88.27$ Receipt number 347685 Can please get my refund? Hi,I'm having issues specifically when I play football and record it on my Apple Watch (Series 10, since i've had a new watch, no issues on my previous watch).My strava is set to Dutch, so is my Apple Watch, my iPhone and my email languague, every setting I can find is set to Dutch. Yet somehow when I record an activity as football it uploads it in english (and it seems to be with wrongly calculated distances and speed). When I walk normally outside, distance gets measured better. It’s mainly off when I play football (old watch seemed to be more accurate). However the activity still gets uploaden in English.Anyone has any idea how I can resolve the languague/measuring issue?I have tried reinstalling the app on iphone and apple watch, changing languague to english and back to dutch, noone have seemed to fix the issue.

Hi there,I have started a running plan on Runna so use my watch for this, the information and data is mostly then syncing with Strava. However there seems to be 2 bits of data Strava doesn’t have.It’s not using the activity data to populate my best efforts or the performance predictions. But all other data points are syncing.Has anyone else had this issue? 

I noticed since 7th July that all my activities, which are hikes, do not include the map recorded by my Amazon fit/Zepp application.  I found a question on the community which had suggestions that I followed.  None worked and after following the last, and most radical I discovered what may be the issue and cause. This suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the Zepp application, which I did.  The result was that the map data was completely lost and a message stating that it had not been backed up to cloud. Issues;The app should have alerted the user that the map had not been uploaded, given a reason and suggestions. There should have been a warning that uninstalling the app would completely lose this data. The instructions to fix after reinstallation are correct and should be updated.None of these are Strava issues, but I hope it will explain the problem to other users and help them resolve the issue.

When viewing a map on a desktop, if there are many segments, scrolling down to check them causes the map and elevation profile to move out of view, making it difficult to track their positions and elevation. To improve usability, the map and elevation profile should remain sticky while scrolling through the segments, ensuring they stay visible for better reference.Currently, as a workaround, I have to zoom out to keep both the map and elevation profile in view while reviewing the segments.  

Is there a way to set different default bikes depending on what app I use to record the ride. I would love to have my Garmin default to my road bike, but have the Strava phone app default to my commuter.thanks,-E

Since the newest update, June? July 2025,  i started using strava to log yoga sessions in real time rather than a manual entry. Problem is, I forget to turn it off at the end of the class. I now show I did yoga for over 3 hours! The edit option will not let me change the time. Any thoughts?

Hi, this is a bug report. When I create a new route in the mobile app I cannot change the map type. When I try to select satellite image or personal heat map it just redirects me back to the regular map. It’s super frustrating and weird because it has worked before. Maybe it’s a new bug that appeared in a recent update.

While the basic workout details appear, the GPS map and full route data are often missing unless I manually export the GPX file from the Mibro Fit app and upload it to Strava myself.This is frustrating, as automatic sync should ideally include the complete workout information—especially the GPS map—for accurate performance analysis.Here are the main concerns: Automatically synced activities from Mibro Fit to Strava do not include the full GPS route or map. Manual import via GPX works fine, which means the data exists but is not transferred properly via the sync integration. Tengo tiempo que al otorgar kudos algunos si se puede y otros no me dice la app que espere un momento y lo intento más tarde y todo igual incluso en ocasiones en todo el día no se puede dar kudos ya cerré seción y volví a entrar y nada  --English translation: For some time now, when I give kudos, some are possible and others are not. The app tells me to wait a moment and try again later, and everything is the same. Sometimes, even throughout the day, I can't give kudos. I've already logged out and logged back in, and nothing.

I've created a new segment, and people who have passed nearby, not on the segment itself ( on activities prior than the creation of the segment) appear on the results table. Since they have not really crossed the segment I would like to remove their times from the table, or maybe remove the times prior of the creation of it. Is there any way?

Bonjour,ma femme est moi habitons ensemble avec nos enfants! Nous avons voulu prendre un abonnement familial! Mais il ne marche pas car il dit que ma femme n’est pas du même pays ! Ce qui est totalement faux . Le service après vente étant totalement nul , je demande à résilier mon abonnement car j’en ai vraiment marre! Ils ne font aucun effort pour parler Français. Tout le monde ne parle pas anglais. autre chose vu que l’abonnement ne fonctionne on a essayé de créer un autre compte pour ma femme ! On a créé le fichier archive ! Mais impossible de le transférer sur le nouveau compte !     

When adding a soccer workout to my activities from my Apple Watch Series 10, Strava does not show a heatmap and my top speed as 0kph.What setting do I need to change in order to show this? Thanks

Hello,I am reporting a sync problem between Samsung Health and Strava that I first experienced on June 30th, 2025, during a running activity recorded with my Galaxy Watch (Support Ticket #3410622).The run was recorded accurately and completely in Samsung Health — including distance, duration, GPS track, and pace — but when synced to Strava via the official Samsung Health integration, some key data was missing. This made the activity incomplete and unusable for my training history on Strava.Strava Support at the time suggested it was an issue on Samsung Health’s side, but they also mentioned that Strava was working with Samsung to improve the integration. Unfortunately, weeks later, I have continued to experience similar sync issues with other activities, meaning the problem is ongoing.Has anyone else experienced missing distance or incomplete data when syncing running act

I am using a Garmin Enduro 3.My Garmin Connect account is linked to my Strava account.The ride distance and elevation is pulled from Garmin to Strava and both show the exact same thing.But ride duration is totally off.I saw someone has posted essentially the same question and the response was Strava is more strict about resting time than Garmin, so in effect Strava will attribute more time to riding, therefore longer ride duration and lower average speed than shown in Garmin connect.Mine is the opposite.I did a ride that shows as 2 Hours and 10 Mins in Garmin Connect with average speed of 24.6 KM/hThe same ride is pulled through to Strava and shows as 1 Hr 35 Mins with average speed of 33.6KM/HThis is a massive difference.A slight difference is acceptable.How to fix this? 

When zooming out on strava heatmaps, joined up routes appear to have gaps between the lines, despite them being connected when zoomed in. As someone who has connected a range of running routes between cities this gets frustrating when they don’t show as connected on the zoomed out map, despite being connected in practice. Can this be resolved?

Since a few weeks ago Strava is at it again with pushing "features" down your throat. Now among the notifications for an activity I have to read Strava's stupid "motivational" messages (you're doing great, keep at it, da da da). Anyone can help me get rid of those?    

I was looking to buy a bib for the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon and had posted on multiple groups. I then saw a post of a member stating they were selling two. I messaged them and sent them money via e-transfer for the bib, however they never sent me the bib and blocked me on whatsapp and on Strava. This account needs to be blocked off Strava as I am sure they are only there to scam people. Account name is: Ivy Smith. 

I've encountered an issue with my usual run upload from Apple Watch. Normally, my runs are uploaded automatically, but this time it didn’t happen. The run does appear under Manage Apps and Devices. However, when I try to manually import it by clicking the ‘Import’ button, the Strava app crashes and I get redirected to my home screen.I’m using the latest Strava iOS app version 423.0.1. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m looking for a solution to create reports on activity and calories burned. Can I also create such corporate challenges here?
