Hey guys, I am trying to create a route, but automatic mode won't let me use one part of the route and offers detour (that does not make sense). Where does the Strava get the info from, there was a closure in that area some months ago, but it is open right now. thanks

Hello, I’ve just bought a Decathlon CW500 cardio watch and I’m trying to connect it to my Strava account, but an error message appears saying that there are too many athletes connected and that the quota needs to be increased. Who should I contact? How can I successfully connect the two applications?

I use an indoor exercise bike regularly. Until recently, I added is as a manual activity and could record the distance ridden according to the display on the bike. I now have a Samsung Galaxy watch and installed Strava on it. I record it as an Indoor Ride and the data is synced to Strava correctly. But I cannot find out  how to add the mileage. I tried Strava support but they just sent me to some pointless help pages which I had already tried (and in some cases, the page was actually wrong).Is it possible to add mileage to a Strava Indoor Ride? Thank you.

I'm having errors with date and time of workouts done in Runna. Morning workout in Runna is being imported as evening workout the previous day in Strava

Warum wird seid einigen Tagen meine Aktivitäten nicht mehr im normalen Startaccount wo ich alle meine Freunde auch sehen, angezeigt. Jetzt muss ich immer zuerst in meinen eigenen Account hineingehen davor war es automatisch auf der Startseite. Habe überhaupt nichts verändert in den Einstellungen. Meine Freunde sehen es nur ich nicht, muss immer in mein Profil. Warum das auf einmal 

I accidentally deleted a Half Marathon best effort from my activity and was wondering if there was a way to undo the action and readd the best effort? Thanks!

I noticed that when clicking into an activity that has 3D maps set, it now shows as a 3D map. While I can see this is intended behaviour and the previous behaviour of just loading the standard map upon clicking in was likely a bug, it is not very useful for exploring the map and gaining useful information (e.g. easily reading trail names or seeing how I’d plot the route myself).Can there be an option to change the default map when opening a detailed view?

On the power curve tab for some recent activities, I only see the last 6 weeks curve but not the currently viewed activity curve. If I click on "zone distribution" or "25w distribution" I just get a spinner and the data never loads (see screenshot below). The power data appears to show fine in the timeline view in the "overview" section, but for some reason the more detailed views don't show the data or don't ever load. Any idea how I can see the power data for my rides? Thanks!

Does anyone got the same issue as me ? Since two days, every time I try to go on maps to create a route, the app just crash. 

I'm trying to use file upload on the Upload and Sync Your Activities page. I have 400 activities to upload from TCX files, limited to 15 files at a time by the page. I can upload 30 files in 2 batches, and then I get an error: You've exceeded the maximum number of uploads. Please try again later. Does the file upload have a rate limit? A limit of 30 files per 24 hours (?) would be annoyingly low.

I have a Strava group set up with over 200 members and I like to encourage them by adding a comment when I canHowever, after about 20 or so comments, I do not seem to be able to post anymore as an error comes up Why is there a comment posts limit, it's not very good if I can only reach 5% of my Strava group

Hello all, when i give kudos to people’s activities my kudos don’t appear on the related activity. They disappear. Never happened before this kind of thing. Could you please help me about this?

How do you remove the “favorited or enabled notifications for you” list under your “Followers” list?  I have a few people in their own category that I have not activated this option and I can’t figure out how to get rid of this group of people.  Any help out there? 

I merge 2 FIT files and uploaded it successfully, however the uploaded file does not count up my yearly total in My Profile / My Stats. What is a shame, as this was my longest ride ever.I raised a ticket, Strava returned due many service request they cannot dig into it.Does anyone have a clue how to force the system to recalc the rides? KrEric

Can I edit my ride? I forgot to end my ride. I drove off with Strava running and got 2 KOMs that I didn't deserve.

I've reported the same athlete several times and nothing has been done.Plus, the reporting process is terrible: why not create a form?Every time I've reported someone, Strava's AI has misunderstood my message.I filed a report again, and it was set to SOLVED without any action.What's the point?If STRAVA is short on people to analyze activities, they can hire me. I can do a much better job than this AI.

I would like to suggest a way of visualising all your past logged activity in Strava on a World Map. I personally travel a lot and never loose an opportunity of recording a run, walk, hike or gym session from anywhere I am. I would love to be able, with the click of a button, to just visualise all the countries where I exercised and I think many other users would appreciate this feature. I know of the personal heat map feature, but it doesn’t really work well when you zoom out on a world-level scale. I’m thinking more something like a coloured dot or something else to mark a location where the user exercised.Thank you for considering my request, I hope this might help contributing to the development of the app!All the best, Arianna

Is it possible to display Triathlon or Multisport clubs as distance instead of time? We’re running a distance challenge and want to display it via distance, it’s multisport rather than one sport. Alternatively, are there good third party integrations that might work for collecting club data?Thanks!
