Please revert back to the old photo sharing with time/distance stamp. This new blurred photos are a big no.

I tried installing/uninstalling the app multiple times, logging out and in but the run doesn’t show up on the app. It shows imported from the Health app but somehow doesn’t appear on the Activities page. Please help. 

Hi,Let's face the facts: I am getting older. This year has been a very tough year seeing me going thru a rough patch. So bad I had to hang up my bike for months not knowing when I'll be back on wheels, and even if I'd be able to do so. Anyways now I am back but when I am seeing my PRs, I know for a fact I will never be able to better them. Is there a way to reset all my PRs on all segments? Ideally choosing a date, say "forget all PRs set before December 1st, 2022". I read people saying to just create a new account, well it is a bit extreme because I still want to keep the statistics for distances I rode. 

Why is Strava advertising Runna? I understand they’re acquiring it, but when I downloaded it, it still asks me to pay. $120/year for Runna, and $80something/year for Strava? Is there going to be any kind of deal between platforms so I don’t have to pay both subscriptions? Just like how my Strava subscription gives me access to the Recovery app? I am not really interested in advertising of different apps with subscriptions within Strava.

I have used Strava for a bunch of years and am no longer able to do the speeds I could do when I was younger.  I can see how to eliminate activities individually.   How do I eliminate or not count old records, by a time period or year, 

I created a new route in route builder but once I finalized the route the button you would normally click on to save the route ("save route") is still in gray and not clickable. I've created hundreds of routes before and never ran into this. Any ideas? See pic below for reference. You can see that there is a start and end point so I have no idea why it's not letting me save the route.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart because I accidentally purchased a one-year Strava subscription today, and I simply can’t afford it. I’m just a student, and every penny counts for my daily needs. This charge was a mistake, and I truly didn’t mean for it to go through.   Right now, I am struggling financially, and this unexpected expense has put me in a tough spot. I love Strava, but I honestly don’t have the means to keep this subscription. I would be beyond grateful if you could help me by issuing a refund.  

Hi Strava Team,I’d like to suggest adding new gear option in profile to track the wear out and replacement of essential bike parts like chain and cassette. E.g. Chain : 2k miles (max) Cassette : 10k miles (max)  Once the profile reaches this threshold, a message is displayed on user profile to replace the parts just like shoes feature. Note: User can have two or more bikes so there needs to be an association of each component to specific bike.  UI would be straightforward, for backend, you can have new sub gear table (chain, cassette) with foreign key association to existing gear table (bikes).  Best,Adi

I program workouts on my Apple Watch 7 and the data auto-syncs with Strava once completed. Last night my phone and watch updated their operating systems, only an incremental update not a full version upgrade. I tracked a run this morning and noticed that my heart rate data didn’t transfer across. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this? Apple Watch 7. WatchOS 11.5Iphone 12 Mini. IOS 18.5

I set my “ASICS Novablast 5 TR”, as default for running, but today I saw no gear associated with my run, so wanted to set these Novablast 5 TR for today’s run but it has disappeared from my gear list. It is not in the retired section, it seems it has been deleted. I never deleted it myself, so how can I get it back with a proper running distance ?

On “My route” page.I was trying to filter some of mine when i see this.I think i dont have to see “strava.activities.show_public.distance/elevation” string 😁.

Hello!I saw on your Instagram Strava were giving 50 mothers 2000 dollars to support the costs associated with childcare for races. Sadly this is just on America! Is there any chance Strava will do something for Uk mums! Single mum of 2 small children who would love to do a half iron man! 

when creating my account, it asked what types of activities/workouts I record (strength training, stair stepper, etc.). I didn’t realize when creating my profile and connecting to my Garmin that all activities I record on my watch will transfer to my Strava. I only want to use strava for my runs. Is there a way to edit those activities on my profile and delete them all together so that those workouts don’t show at all? Screenshot attached for reference. Thank you :)

My most recent activity shows up on my profile, but is apparently locked so others can’t see it and it says it may not count towards segments and achievements, no red flag present!    Any ideas?

Hello, I want a segment illegaly created on my private property to be suppressed from Strava.I created reports and filed a complaint versus Strava but nothing has been done so far by Strava… Could you please help ?

Hello Strava Community,I hope everyone is doing great! I’m reaching out for help with an issue I’ve been facing when trying to share my Strava activities directly to Instagram. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided in the forums, I’ve had no luck resolving the problem. Here’s a summary of what I’ve already tried:Both Strava and Instagram apps are updated to the latest versions. I’ve logged out and back in on both apps. I’ve deleted and reinstalled both apps to reset their connections.Unfortunately, when I attempt to share an activity from Strava, Instagram doesn’t appear as a sharing option. HalloBis zum letztes Freitag konnte ich meine AppleWatch Training starten, beim beenden wurde die Tour zu Straka automatisch hochgeladen, von da aus automatisch an Outdooractive.Ab den Wochenende geht es nur noch bis Strava. Der automatische Sync von Strava zu Outdooractive bleibt aus. Hat sich was geändert, weiß jemand woran es liegen könnte? GrußJens

When I view the 3D animation of  activities in Strava ,the POIs were normal,but when I shared the flyover to instagram,the POIs disappeared.I have set all the settings about privacy to everyone.Can anyone help me?

The virtual segment Aple du Zwift doesn’t show the correct data. The distance of 12,17 km seems to be correct but the elevation (729m) and the grade (-0,8%) are totally wrong. At the moment, this is a downhill segment. 😄 But elevation should be around 1.000 meters and the grade is 8.5%. The elevation profile is also absolutely wrong.Who can fix this? 

Hi, anyone else finding the Strava App freezing when viewing Progress tab and scrolling through past the Training Log and hangs showing April month’s recap? It sometimes just show “Loading” but I have to exit the app and start again.  I just want to track the relative effort from the past weeks and used to see it on this page but that seems to have stopped for some weeks. Just tried logging out from the App, remove App, restart phone, get app, log in, restart phone but that didn’t resolve it.  Any ideas? 

I apologize if this has been asked before but this notification is downright useless and distracting. I get it every Monday morning and it’s been annoying for a while. I’m not sure which category it falls under. Unfortunately, I have already dismissed it this week so cannot quote the exact message but in my notifications list I see this “You kept it consistent this week. Kudos to you! Tap to see your Relative Effort score, and keep it up this week”. Would it be under the Progress Completion category? Does anybody know?Thank you!!!

The pace computed by Strava is incorrect because I swam continuously. The Iphone is partially immersed… Why  these non existing stops during à continuous Swimming ? Thanks a lot for helping 

As usual, yesterday during the BRM 200km ride, your app recorded 15km less. Other co-rider also faced the same situation. I also faced similar situation earlier with Strava, so I stopped using it. But again I checked your app yesterday during my ride. To be double sure, I was also using my reliable app Geo tracker which recorded accurately that's means my phone GPS signal is ok but Strava failed! Pls look into the matter seriously & rectify it, otherwise you will loose users rapidly.I tried to book a ticket in support section but I failed, looks like the app has serious problem, not reliable at all. When one's hard work is not recorded accurately, it becomes so frustrating & anger!
