In the Android app there's an animation when i give kudos. How can I disabled them? They are annoying.

Has anybody here get a successful refund after unauthorized subscription charge? Thanks for the answer! They are very unresponsive.

I often see on Leader board segments that I'm outside the top 10, but the place on the board says 5th or 6th or similar. Why? I've checked it by "this year" or age or weight or men only etc, and on none of the refined boards am i in 6th.

A short summary of my walk/hike/bike ride performance.Now, for my last bike ride, it says I broke my personal bests in two segments. Looking at all the segments of that ride, I improved nine segment times, not just two.For other cycling activities, where the AI ​​also displays notifications about the segments of the ride, it says "multiple segments" or "segments such as x and x."So, not every activity clearly shows the number of improved segments. One of my favorite apps and a key part of my daily life. However, the app stopped working on the Apple Ultra 3 watch.  The activities will initiate the three second rundown to start, but then the watch face is basically blank during the activity. I’m guessing they have a bug with Apple’s newest watch.

How can I connect my huawei band 10 to strava keeps saying error like this.  

For some time I have questioned Strava average speed as incorrect. I have read many comments about the different algorithm used for moving time because my Wahoo shows a quicker average speed. I carry my phone with me albeit not using Strava and have accepted it is as simple as a different algorithm. That was until i left my phone at home. When I synced the ride…. guess what? Strava is slower. I have lost faith in the Strava app / GPS output and it now seems justified.

When I click “Edit Activity”, change the activity type, and then click “Update Activity”, and then click “Edit Activity” afterwards, the activity tag disappears. This has become quite annoying since I regularly will edit an activity more than once, especially one that I would give the “Workout” activity tag.

Garmin app showed my 15km run above, but Strava shows only 10km run like below. Why is this and how can I fix it? 

I am a subscriber..I have been on Strava many years doing many activities every single day and yet I have never received an achievement 500 or 1000th badge ... I must be way past these now .. a friend who's only on a few months has got their 1000th achievement badge they do not subscribe ,... Is there a reason I haven't received badges or is it a random thing ?

Hi everyone,If I want to share an activity on Facebook via the web/PC, there are several ways to do so. Simply copy the link from your address bar and click the Facebook logo next to your activity. However, you can't then choose what you want to see on Facebook.For example, I have an activity to which I've added multiple photos. If I share it directly, only my main photo appears. I can't choose between other photos or simply the map.If I create a link via the activity, I can select a photo/image, but I get an invalid link. This is also the case if I debug this link first (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/).If I share the activity via my app, I can also select various photos/maps. Can I still get a full refund from this app? I just installed the app, and to my surprise, I have now a paid subscription for a year. I didn't have a notification that I subscribed on this app, and a even confirmation from my bank before even paying, but upon checking the Google Play Store just now, face recognition and fingerprint are both enabled when paying, so I think payment was made thru this as my bank linked to the said application.I'm in shock because I barely open the app, and even didn't use it at all. I even suspect my bank that is linked to my Google Play Store that maybe it was their mistake, but it wasn't, and all along it was your app who charged me without even using it.I'm just afraid I can't have my money bank because upon searching on the internet about your terms for requesting a refund, users can only have a request within 14 days after the purchase, but it's been almost a month now since I requested, and that's because I didn't know it's this app

Since I complained about Strava’s poor GPS satellite connections and speed calculation to support about a month ago, I am noticing that the Strava distance recording has changed.  Apparently, Strava made some changes but as usual, are testing them on users in real time.Segment and total distances that stayed approximately the same for years are now different.For example, one hike that is a measured 7 miles long, Strava would usually show as between 7.12-7.18 miles.  Today, an activity on this trail came in at 7.38 miles!  That is an excessive error.  Sheese.A week ago, a segment on another trail that Strava has always shown as 2.63-2.67 miles showed 2.56 miles.Strava developers don’t seem to know how to work with GPS satellites and data! If you want a clear example of this, note the distance shown at a rest break (take a screenshot), then watch Strava show distance gain as you sit at rest, not moving!  Support claims they can’t compensate for what

When opening a map i can see the map and rout but no names of streets or locations, cities etc

The training log recent got changed so that its sorted with later activities in each day are on top and morning activities are on the bottom.  This is opposite how it was, and how every other calendar works - morning hours are near the top and the days activities progress down the page.  Flipping this in the Training Log makes it read upside down from my calendars where the activities are planned/scheduled.Whats worse is that the activities are now left justified. The bubbles are centered relative to the text title of each activity, but the length of the title pushes the bubbles to the right or left so the activities for each day are no longer center aligned in columnar fashion. For days with many activities that vary in title length it creates a snaking list which can sometimes come close enough to other days activities that its confusing as to which column it actually belongs in.  Center justified was easy, lokk up and down under the Date and see a clean list of activities

I tried to enable it, but ACCESS DENIED appears again. I also tried pairing my heart rate monitor with the STRAVA app: the data is displayed live, but once the activity is over, it disappears and isn't displayed in my history. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.

I can't find the option to delete this account on community hub. I want to keep my strava but do not need this site anymore pls help

I hate to have to take things to this measure, but I feel the only way to actually get a response and assistance from Strava is to make a post. On August 18th, I purchased the Strava + Runna bundle subscription. I am running my first half marathon in December, and was excited to use these tools to help maximize my training for someone who is not entirely confident in creating a plan on my own. However, when I purchased the subscription, it would not show up on my Strava account OR my Runna account, but the subscription shows up on my apple purchases, AND the money was taken out of my account. I submitted a ticket taht same day, and waited. 10 days later, I had still not been contacted, so I submitted another ticket on August 28th, believing maybe it was simply overlooked. A week went by, and I STILL heard nothing, so I submitted a third ticket on September 7th, pleading for help. My opinion:  There are some poor UI choices in the updated Activity viewing interface on the Android app (February 2025 update).  This is the interface you see when you click on an activity in your feed.1) Half the screen, upon clicking, is Strava’s terrible default map (and not the map chosen by the user, e.g. “Dirt”, etc).  Photos should be the key attraction.  Photos are what make people click an activity.  The new interface hides the most interesting feature and it replaces with Strava's WORST POSSIBLE MAP OPTION (my opinion).   This “default map”, which takes up half the page, should either be updated or killed.  It shows ALMOST NOTHING USEFUL.  No town names, no surface types (dirt vs pavement), no scale bars or mileage markers to indicate distance.  It's just a route shape with little meaningful context -- and takes up half the screen in this view. Clicking the map...  Gives almost nothing extra.  You get town names, but no other useful co

No one needs to see zwift rides in their feed.  They should be excluded or an option to remove them.  

Hi !I’ve found what seems to be a bug on my training log on the Strava App for iOS : my training log (in French : journal d’entraînement / I don’t know what is the name in English) doesn’t show any activities anymore.I tried to hit refresh and it doesn’t work. On desktop mode, everything is ok. But on the App, nothing seems to work anymore in the training log. I tried updating the App and logout/login but the issue’s still there.I’ll appreciate if someone can tell me if that’s just me or a wider known bug !Thanks !
