Has anyone been a having an issue loading their Strava activities , mine is all synced and I have logged in , logged out and still not loading it happened yesterday too but loaded after a few hrs my run tonight hasn’t loaded in Strava but has in my Garmin connect 

Hello, I use Huawei Health. Sometimes, though not every time, syncing is incomplete. For example, I performed two activities today, but only the last one was uploaded to Strava. Even though both were uploaded to the Adidas app, how can I upload all the data from these missing activities to Strava? What should I do to prevent this from happening again?

Is there anything wrong with route suggestions?I'm living a normal area with many options, yet for 10-11km I only get suggestions of 6-7km.This is ridiculous.Suggestions were much better in the past, but somehow your algorithm changed.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this item from appearing in my feed please. I have the feed set as latest activity and I am not a member of this particular club, see the "join club" button. The post is about hiking which I don't generally  track in Strava, it's cycling or walking (not mountains) so I don't see why I get this item in my feed. Just seems ridiculously infuriating and in the way. What settings do I need to change to remove this item, I have looked for a "mute" option but there doesnt seem to be anything. Any help is appreciated. 

Wasted 10 minutes completing the survey. Tried to enter my name and email address at the end, the fields only allow the letter e and numbers. Folks are complaining about this on reddit too.Everyone makes mistakes, but come on! Someone really should have tested this. Strava should be embarrassed.

I was logged out of my account, logged back into it using what I thought was the same email, but I was logged into a blank account. Anyone have any idea how to get access to my account again?

Has it seriously been years?I see that filters were requested for the desktop version of Strava that are available through the app. Are search filters being considered for the desktop version? Is that a feature that’s out of the realm of possibility?

I think it was because I commented my phone number on a post :( I need help appealing to get it back please!!  From reading the "Understanding Account Enforcement" support page, I see that a permanent suspension is reserved only "more serious offenses". Sharing my own phone number is not a serious offense, therefore a warning would have been the correct response based on Strava's own policy updated July 31, 2025 I have paid for the subscription for years, this is really crummy. If there's anyone in here that can do something I’d appreciate it so much!! Is there a phone number we can call for a real person? 

Refer to ticket above opened on the 8th AugI receive a Strava code from a sporting organization. Strava debited my credit card and I followed the procedure sent out for a refund and as indicated in the ticket the refund should take 3 to 4 working days to process. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and after 3 emails to the support team there has been no contact. 

In June and July this year Strava debit my creditcard, so double payment.8th of August i asked to refund one of them.Asked several times for a response but still no reaction or update.ticket #3472983.Can someone maybe help me or give me an advice to get my money back? I like Strava very much but the follow up on this issue is not nice.thanks in advance ,Leo 

Hi. I see people post pics of their activities with a small overlay of their map and run details. I have uploaded photos to Strava, however, I can’t find the functionality to share photos like this.  Thanks….

Bonjour, j’ai eu sur le lis d’août un affiche différent sur l’application. Je pouvais voir le parcours de ainsi que le bas de l’écran l’affichage avec les kilomètres, le temps,la fréquence cardiaque, etc.depuis la semaine dernière suite à une mise à jour l’affichage est redevenu comme avant.ce nouveau affichage était vraiment bien, je préfère à celui d’aujourd’hui

Hi Team,I’m writing a book and I’m trying to find stats from Strava about the number of first time ultramarathon runners (50k distance and over) who completed an ultra, preferably for the most recent year that data is available. I don’t mind if it US only or worldwide. Even more helpfully, if data is available showing ages of participants (first timers), particularly over 40. I’m sure I’ve seen these stats somewhere but now I can’t find any. Any help much appreciated. And I’ll obviously credit Strava.Thank you!

We love the years of training history and memories on Strava, If there's anyone in here that can do something I’d appreciate it so much!! Is there a phone number we can call for a real person? My dad got his account permanently suspended after he commented his phone number on a friend’s run. He pays for the subscription and has been a user for years. He’s not great with tech, but this is really egregious, we’re both pretty upset that he’s permanently suspended now instead of just a warning. Thanks

Hello, So i clicked on create topic above and it wanted me to sign in which i assumed it was going to auto sign in as i am signed into strava. I wasnt reading and i put what i wanted my topic to be. So now i want to know how i can change my username i tried to go into setting but its only allowing me to add a display picture.

What happened with URLs? Looks like URLs are being automatically removed from posts, so it's being a little bit more complicated to share for example Strava Challenges from clubs with friends.

Why does the app notify me about "a segment challenge near you" that's actually 100km away?Why does the app notify me about segment challenges for a sport I've never posted an activity for?
