When you start a training plan it would be nice to be able to be able to pause it or give it some delay.
A little bit more context: I'm currently doing an half marathon training, after my fourth week I've gotten really sore calf while using new shoes. I took a week of rest to avoid any injuries.
My training plans still goes on, I've missed a week, I would like to go back to see/receive information on the training I've missed rather than the current one.
If I stop the plan I will have to start over.
