Hi there,

Idea:

When you start a training plan it would be nice to be able to be able to pause it or give it some delay.

A little bit more context: I'm currently doing an half marathon training, after my fourth week I've gotten really sore calf while using new shoes. I took a week of rest to avoid any injuries.

My training plans still goes on, I've missed a week, I would like to go back to see/receive information on the training I've missed rather than the current one.

If I stop the plan I will have to start over.

I like the idea of pausing the training plan. I am currently sick and stressing that I am missing out on my training. Being able to pause it would be great.

Why just not add this pause button, sometimes things 'happen' and then the whole scheme get messed up, because you could not perform a particular training, due to whatever reason
