Add Bike Registry and ownership transfer option

Given that Strava is the worlds biggest platform for cyclist it is also the biggest bike repository. Why not take an advantage of this fact and try to add some way of registering our bikes to proof ownership. We could have a frame number, all the documents and photos in one place, just like various bike register websites do. 

Adding an option to transfer an ownership will enable reliable tracking of used bikes and at the end decrease bike theft or at the very least will make finding your stolen bike easier.

I'm facing this now. I've replaced a gravel bike, and it's going to another Strava user. They want to continue tracking usage on the many components.
