Add golden (1%), silver (5%) and bronze (10%) %-icons per segment

In addition to the KOM- and top-10 icons for segments, add percentage- (%) icons for each segment. If you run/cycle a segment in a time which is among the top-1% times you get a golden %-icon, if your time is a 5% time you gain a silver %-icon, and for a 10% time you get a bronze %-icon. You can also do just the gold one, but innovate and celebrate achievements 😁 This way many more people are rewarded for their sporting achievements!

This is critical!

A top 10 on a segment with 20 competitors is likely way less of an "achievement" than a top 100 on a segment with 10,000 competitors.
