The heart rate zone pie chart is super helpful for each activity, but I would love to see that as part of the progress page as well to show total time in each heart rate zone per week, month, year, etc.

80-20 training is really helpful and important, but right now there’s no way to see if my heart rate zone across multiple activities is in zone 2 80% of the time across a week, month, etc. I have to manually look at each activity and tally it all up.

Thats true, it would also be s good way to keep track of progressive overload and if its working

I would like to have metrics on how much time I've spent in each heart rate zone per week/month, with optional filters to choose which activity types I want to include.

By giving insights into how much time we spend in each heart rate zone, you make it easier for us to analyse our training intensity. This would be very useful for advanced users who plan their training and analyse historical data.

Currently, you only show this type of data per activity. I want to have aggregated data per week and per month.

This is a cool idea, but power zones would also be a cool stat to visualize the cumulative time per week/month.

Would like to see what Heart Rate I can maintain for rides of different duration - in exactly the same way that you can see your Power Curve for rides of different durations

sorry, my comment has been merged with another topic but the functionality I'm requesting is very specific - and different from the overall topic it has now been merged with. I'm specifically requesting a "HR curve" in the same format as the current "power curve" for an athlete. This would be ride specific - set alongside overall PBs, just as the current power curve is displayed

I have injured myself twice training in the past 14 months, due to having a larger proportion of Zone 3,4,5 activities in a week and month. I would like to track the proportion of time spent in each zone over time. This requirement includes grouping 3,4,5 together, and the ability to include or exclude a zone, as there are times I am not interested in how much time I spent in zone 1.
