Add option for Athletes to "leave all Clubs" in bulk, instead of doing it one by one

For people who have joined over 200 clubs and want to exit, it's not easy as you need to open each and every club then press "leave".

Dear Strava, If you bring an update such as "mark all" then "leave", then that would make our work a lot easier. Otherwise you are doing a great job... thank you.
