I'd like to see a "Zone 0" added to the heart rate zones, defined as "movement that doesn't count as aerobic training."
Often, in an activity, my goal is to stay below Zone 1. Perhaps it's a recovery day. Perhaps I'm a little sick but I still need to take the kid to preschool on the e-bike so I try to stay below 45 W.
Currently, this kind of movement gets lumped together with Zone 1 training. This feels wrong and makes heart rate zone analysis less useful.
