Add the ability for Athletes to kudo segments and Points of Interest

Users could immediately spot the best places to run/bike/hike. The POI or segments could change color every 50 kudos received. Example: white 0-50 kudos, grey 50-100 kudos, black more then 100 kudos. Thank you

This is similar to the starring ⭐ of segments

Although POIs don't have this feature. It would definitely be nice if the starring feature we more well-implemented for route planning, like you said -- showing the most-starred segments for a route.
