I use Strava. I have a smartphone, tied to my bike computer (a Bryton - which requires maps to be downloaded to it). I have the Strava app on my smartphone. I cannot, and no one can, download a map file from the app on a smartphone. It would make sense that the website function of downloading maps was available on the smartphone app ... (to all but the app developers priority list it seems).

Thank you for your post and sorry for any difficulty sharing your feedback.

It is possible for Strava Subscribers to access offline route maps; routes can be downloaded to your phone for offline use. To do this, open a Route on your Strava App and look for the Offline option to download the map.
