I love your app but think it could be better with options for less than elite athletes,

For example, I would like to see a weekly total of my minutes of exercise within the CDC’s guidelines for fitness for moderate and vigorous exercise. Give us the option to switch or just display them in our goals section. 

The weekly minute totals may be lower than what people usually post on here but it would be a great way to keep track of my activity and the guidelines.

Thanks for submitting your idea to display how your efforts stack up against the CDC exercise guidelines in the goals/progress tab. It has been reviewed by our moderation team and is now open to voting.

We currently do have the option to easily set personal goals for each Sport Type, based on time, distance or elevation and with a weekly, monthly or annual cadence and one could technically calculate what the current guidelines recommend and create a goal based on that.
