Create New Club Type for Bicycles that Excludes E-Bikes

Please create a club type that only registers outdoor bicycle rides to not include E-Bike miles.

We need a new club type for bicycles that excludes E-Bikes. Sport type "Cycling" includes outdoor rides, indoor rides, e-bike rides, and virtual rides. E-bike Clubs will only include E-bike rides. We need an option for club rides that are human powered only.

This is important because it is unfair for our members that do not have E-Bikes to compete for leader board ranking with our members that do have E-Bikes.

The "Sport" identified for https://www.strava.com/clubs/RideBikesAustin is "Cycling".

The "Sport" identified for https://www.strava.com/clubs/1163123 is "E-Biking".

Our members on E-Bikes should compete for leader board status only with other E-Bikers. Our members on non-assisted bicycles should only complete for leader board status with other people not using E-Bikes.
