Do not allow same person to be duplicated on group activity

More an idea to fix a bug than a proper new idea: There seems to be cases where the same person can be added to a group activity multiple times. Maybe when there is some auto detection and at the time the user is added manually. 

This messes up the view in the app and you can give kudos to the same person multiple times. See screenshot below.

Thanks for bringing up this topic.
More than likely the same person will be grouped in an activity twice because they've recorded the same activity with two or more devices.

Because we're aware this issue happens already Im going to archive this idea.
