Currently, the Local Legend status requires athletes to have the most attempts on a segment in the last 90 days.
If a Local Legend can defend this title (continuously) for 90 more days, they should be given some basic administrative privileges over this segment. This could include renaming a segment (as some are poorly named) or even the ability to delete a segment, where multiple near-identical segments exist.
An athlete with this status has obviously been riding the same segments for 180+ days, and should be able to clean up their local streets.
