Have the option to mark a workout segment using Apple Watch by either double tapping or the Ultra action button . Segment can be either timed ( e.g. 3min x 5 intervals ) or by distance ( 1mile repeats )

What did you mean by "mark a workout segment"? If possible, could you provide an example? This would help those voting & our development team clearly understand what you would like implemented.
