Mobile app: Show "Draw your own route" button independently of any suggested routes

I would like to draw my own route independent of any potentially found routes around me. The button is currently not shown until the routes around me load, which in most cases is a waste of time and resources, and in cases of failure means no button at all. (Several failures in a row prompted me to write this suggestion.)
