You'll probably think this is a silly request but I'm half serious. You should have a 'nap' activity option. My friend and I who run and cycle a lot frequently need naps to recover from our workouts, which we think is a healthy way of recovering and maybe if we could rack them up in our activities we'd be more likely to take the naps we need. We also had a good laugh at the idea. What do you think....a little bit of fun and you never know how appreciated it might be.
I already have plans for the nap KOM and my friend for the Nap sprint segment. 🙂
