It would be cool to get a notification when someone gets a new segment KOM in any of your starred segments and/or any segment in which you're holding a top 10 spot.
I think it would be an extra encouragement to those in the top 10 to give kudos on the activity and maybe have a go at the KOM themselves, but also it's a nice reward for the new KOM to have their achievement sent to more than just the dethroned KOM.
