Opt out of short segments

Whole 40+ mile ride in urban area is flagged just because of GPS glitch on a very short segment in the middle? Too bad. Yes, short segments have value for many users. Not for me. 
Can we have an option in personal setup not to participate in leaderboards for segments that are shorter than certain length? Say, a kilometer or a mile.

I have seen Activities where individual Segments are automatically excluded by Strava as being "unachievable" (based on some algorithm), without affecting other Segments.  Are you referring to flagging by Strava or community flagging ? (other users can flag a whole Activity, but not a portion of it)

The whole activities have been flagged. Most likely, these were community-sourced flags.
