When riding while following a route, one has to swap regularly between the map pane (to know where to go) and the info pane (to know speed, distance, time, etc.). The button to do this being quite small, trying to stay safe while cycling in traffic on the road is quite challenging.

Why don't you add the info (mainly current speed) on the same screen, either on the top, or at the bottom like it already exists when paused?

Option 1 (reuse of an already existing feature, but not ideal)

Something like that when not paused, but with speed and not average speed, and in much bigger. When on the road, one wants to get the info in the blink of an eye, to be sure to stay safe.

Option 2 (non existing feature, but ideal imho)

Something like that (just a screenshot done quickly, of course on the example I have in mind, there would be a route followed), simple: one knows where to go and knows its speed, allowing to stay safe on the road, which is paramount for Strava I suppose.

Thanks.

I always ride routes to vary my experience and I hate that I have to switch between the map and the stats constantly.

That feature is the reason I signed up for the community hub.

Please make it possible 🤞

I am currently in the trial period and was wondering why this is not possible. I’d like to be able to train by HR zones while keeping an eye on where I should go. Definitely gonna skip Strava if this isn’t gonna be implemented.

I signed up to the community hub for this because it effectively eliminates our need for expensive cycling computers. Please release this.

It's a shame it does not exist while the feature is already implemented (option 1) ; seing the map, my speed and heart rate while running is a must.
