Scary dog warning

Need: In rural areas (and non rural?), there can be homes with potentially dangerous dogs. 
Feature: Allow users to drop a pin on the map with details based on their experience. Maybe classify into a few levels, one being “extreme caution: will chase you past property.” Note size of dog, eg 100lbs. Maybe time of day. And user perspective “I’m overly cautious” to “I’m brave as a cougar” or whatever.

Maybe a pin/warning for not only dogs but all kind of hazards? Like a damaged/broken path and alike.
