Shoe Drops on Strava

I think that Strava should partner with running shoe companies to announce Shoe Drops with a link to purchase.

This is important because:

• Strava will be the hub where all running shoe drops are announced, so athletes don't have to go to different websites
• Allow athletes to sign up for shoe launch notifications from certain companies
• Athletes already share which shoes they wear
• Athletes are able to purchase shoes through Strava and more can be done here to benefit all

I am struggling with this right now. I am waiting to purchase the new Nike Next % 3. I wish I could get a notification when the new shoes drop so I can catch it before the LA Marathon. Nike website just says coming soon.
