Subscription Payment notification

Can we add a function to be able to notify your finance team to debit the account in case there was no money in the account. Also have a function to pay monthly subscriptions by end of the month and not randomly on any date when you subscribed 

Give us an  option to alert your  finance team to send payment request once one has moved money into the account
